This is my favorite location. They are the only one who makes my iced coffee right. I’ve tried more than five other locations and my iced coffee always seems to taste like water with a little sugar. I don’t care where I am I will go out of my way to drive to Mason to get my iced coffee just to be satisfied. There is one two minutes away and I would rather go to Mason.

Very easy to get in and out with treats on my way to work! Always a hit with the coworkers. I love the specialty donuts, keep em coming! The cuter the better. ☺ Employees are very nice, and they even have little things you could pick up as last minute gifts.

Pretty quick and easy. I was able to order inside. After saying”Pink” three times durning our conversation, I still wasn’t given the pink frosted sprinkle donut I usually order. It was cool though trying some new. It was just the vanilla sprinkle.

This is a very gross place to be serving food and drink from. We got there and stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before the manager finally yelled at the employee who was right around the corner on his phone, one of the most germ covered objects, to come serve us. The employee was the very young red haired boy mentioned in another comment. We got two donuts and without changing his gloves, the same ones he was on his phone with, got two of the wrong donuts. By just touching the door handle to the bathroom, we decided to go somewhere else. Very poor costumer service.

2nd time Having one of the worst coffees I have ever had. I go here only because it’s close to my work. The first time I had a terrible latte and it tasted bitter and burnt assumed it was because they had a newer person working there and it was busy. Stayed away for a few weeks. Co worker who sits next to me proceeds to go one day and says hers is terrible and the same way mine was and I’m like yep that place was bad when I went. So I go this morning and again the newer person is making mine. I don’t blame the new people because listen we all have to start somewhere but these people obviously aren’t sampling this coffee because it’s TERRIBLE . It’s almost undrinkable. Also why would you ask a new person to make coffees during morning rush? I realize they need to learn but why not during a slower time ? I was there for like 10- 15 minutes waiting for the new person to learn on my coffee when I’m on my way to work and then it’s almost 5$ and it’s awful. Taste what the new people are making at the very least, that’s all I’m saying.
