Most of the time they get my coffee right, usually not in the afternoon. Morning crew is great but as soon as evenings and nights come in, the place turns into a dismal nightmare. Everything is always made wrong, time and time again, and they’re rude. Not everyone has the ability to go back in and have their coffee remade over and over, and I’m sick of their service in the last year or two. Whoever’s running this chain is doing a poor job of it. Either do better or give it to someone who can manage.
I want to do an edit, it’s been a few months and they’ve gotten so much better. Today my fat dumb cat tried to steal my gf’s straw and add it to his collection and knocked over her whole coffee. I showed the lady at the counter and they all remade her coffee and she cried literal tears from how nice they were. Whoever was there at 1pm on Sep 13th, you’re all queens!!!

So we go into dunkin’ donuts, they do not greet you whatsoever. Must use the kiosk or you will wait 15 minutes before somebody acknowledges you to personally give an order. The whole time we were there there was a spilled drink all over the table and floor there is nobody to clean the boothes or the tables. People came in and walked out because nobody acknowledged them or waited on them. The drive-thru goes quickly because you order personally when you go in and have to use the kiosk you’re there for an hour.

Ordered food from this location. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on sourdough. It was cold and disgusting. The sourdough looks and tastes like a sweet, weird textured wheat bread and wasn’t toasted as requested and on ticket. Everyone was disappointed with thier breakfast. It was dreadful.

I go here every weekday to get my coffee. I’m very particular about my coffee 3 creams and 10 sugars. Thay make it perfect every morning. The employees there are friendly. And they have great coffee.

I’ve had this location mess up my orders twice before but it’s closer to my house than driving all the way to BV. I didn’t get any almond milk in my coffee like I asked and then they serve me burnt chocolate croissant. So after this I’ll just continue to go the one in BV.

I don’t know his name, but the super sweet guy at the drive thru window is literally the best!!! He makes my visit amazing every time I come through. He’s so friendly and obviously loves what he is doing. He cannot ever leave , I’m sure so many others would miss him as would I. I hope his boss appreciates him, because they’ve got a good one! ( He has a ponytail and says Have a good day love). This guy needs employee of the infinity! He’s awesome!

Ordered the impossible breakfast sandwich from here today but apparently the workers there think that translates to a bacon sourdough sandwich. If the sandwich wasn’t available then why didn’t they just say that when I ordered it instead of giving me an item with meat (red meat at that). Would’ve preferred the veggie breakfast sandwich and it would’ve been the most logical 2nd choice. I wish food allergies and dietary restrictions were taken more seriously at these establishments but that’s wishful thinking.

Just left the drive thru and my order was made completely wrong. Also, there was a bug in my coffee. I know it’s a bug bc it had legs. Please see photo. Some girl named Jordan told me to come back for a new one. No thanks. I don’t want any extra friends in my coffee.
