been coming here every day for a long time. I always get the same iced coffee. they have always done me right until recently. for the past couple of months no matter what it never fails, if I go any time before noon (I usually do) the coffee tastes horrible, old, and very bitter. it also tastes the same way if I ever go anytime after 4pm. no matter how many flavors, cream, or sugars that I add to sweeten it up in an attempt to get rid of the bitter taste, the taste of old coffee is still too strong and just ruins the coffee. I’ve even asked for remakes before and it will still taste exactly the same. not sure what’s causing it but it makes me sad because this location has always tasted the best to me until now! employees are always kind and pretty quick, this new taste is the only problem I’ve had at this location.

Im a frequent flyer. I always spend minimum 15 minutes in the drive thru no matter the time of day or how many cars are ahead of me. Its becoming a running joke to say “Im running to the dunkin down the road, Ill be back in 30.” Its probably partly to due with short staffing in the evenings. (And the short staffing is probably due to the wages offered.) In the morning theres usually about 5-6 people working and somehow the times arent any better. Management/Franchisee needs to do better.

I’ve had better frozen coffee at this location than at most Dunkin’ Donuts places I’ve tried, except for the one in Cuyahoga Falls. The customer service is excellent, and the service is quick I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!

I went though at 6:42 am this morning, waited in line and I ordered customized boxes of doughnuts with my refresher, and first they handed me just my drink and I had to remind them of my 2 boxes. Then I was handed 1 box and told it would be a few more minutes until I had my customized box ready. I patiently waited for my box and was given my complete order. When I arrived at work I found my doughnuts to not be correct or fresh, one was even flipped over. I know it was a customized order but you should be able to do it. As a medical Professional, imagine if your Healthcare was like the service I received.

Needed an afternoon pick me up, so I went on a Dunkin run. I ordered a large candy bar iced signature latte with a shot of expresso, and my son ordered a large strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. We ordered through the mobile app, ir was ready for pick up when we arrived, and they hit the spot! Thabks Dunkin for making wonderful drinks!

Wanted to try the sourdough sandwich I am disappointed! Bread was not toasted! I asked for well done bacon…bacon not well done. Also asked for little tot things to be well done nope. I understand it was busy but if you were not intending on making special requests I should of been told so. Staff was super friendly! Young person at the window was welcoming and polite.

This location is the SLOWEST dunkin in the afternoon. Literally wait time is around 15 to 20 mins.idk why but any other location moves cars like crazy but this one in the afternoons. Give yourself PLENTY OF EXTRA TIME if you are stopping after noon.
