Even though there were two employees working, the food was not prepared properly. One girl was doing all the work, while the guy wearing glasses was busy on his phone and didn’t bother taking orders or helping. The store would be much better if the staff were more professional and worked as a team.
There is a guy with specs and long height who is the absolute worst. No greeting, no smile, nothing—just pure attitude. He acts like customers are a burden. When there is a rush and so many customers are waiting, instead of helping the girls at the counter, he just disappears inside. Like seriously? People are standing there frustrated, and he just walks off. That is beyond unprofessional.
Every time I come in, I see him on his phone. Not working, not helping, just scrolling like he’s at home chilling. Meanwhile, orders are slow, customers are confused, and staff is clearly struggling.
Service is painfully slow. Orders are messed up, drinks don’t taste consistent, and nobody seems to care if you’re unhappy. There is zero customer service vibe here. No energy, no teamwork, no management control.
This store badly needs proper management. Staff needs training, discipline, and basic manners. Clean store doesn’t matter if the service is trash. I come for coffee and good service, not attitude and ignorance.
Honestly, very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
I’m choosing to review today because the parking lot is a literal “skating rink”. There is only 1-2 parking spots that are safe and clear of snow and ice. I was waiting to get in the driveway and a car was coming out of the driveway and slid straight down into the street because it is just one sheet of ice. Apparently they didn’t plow in enough time and it is all frozen over. They really need to throw down a bunch of ice melt or salt because it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. I mentioned it to one of the employees and was told that they have informed the owner of the situation. I hope it gets remedied quickly.
Person taking the order did not understand a single word I said and charged me for an extra donut and added bacon to my sandwich (didn’t ask for either but was in a hurry and didn’t check). Pulled up and was met with a very rude person, took my card and then balled up and threw out the receipt instead of handing it to me (very unprofessional and if I had time would have asked for the manager, always offer the receipt). Was confused on the price being so high and found out as I drove off of the additions.
Food was stale as soon as I got it and overcooked. Donuts were completely the wrong type, not at all what I asked for.
Dunkin, please train your drive-thru staff and cooks better. I had a craving (totally gone now, not in a good way) and definitely will not ever visit this location again. I miss the old days when you actually cared and had amazing service and food.
1. The first guy that answered the drive through was speaking so fast I genuinely couldn’t understand what he was saying
2. Then a lady took over the phone who seemed to be having a bad day based on her tone of voice, she was understandable but then couldn’t understand what I was saying and asked me to pull up
3. I asked for the hash browns to be extra crispy and it looks like they burned my croissant !! Why?
My thing is this— you work in a service industry. I get that you don’t get paid a lot and people have bad days, fine. But if I asked for extra crispy hashbrowns why would you burn my croissant ? It’s my first meal all day I’m hungry.
I don’t feel like it was intentional just sloppy service. The problem is that it wasn’t even like they were busy. There were 3 people working and 0 customers.
I’m sorry to even have to leave a review like this, but I have to warn others that the food & service is subpar. Wish I went somewhere else
