I absolutely love the service and the coffee at this Dunkin’! Every visit has been a positive one, and I really want to recognize manager Shiva Millers for their outstanding leadership and kindness. You can tell they care about customers and the staff, and it truly makes a difference. This location is one of my favorites because of the great atmosphere they help create!

Terrible service! The last 2 times I went, the same drive-thru lady tried to give me a regular black coffee without the cream and sugar I requested then had the nerve to get an attitude when I told her to remake it the right way. How about you listen and make the coffee right the first time. Don’t waste your time and money at this location. I won’t be back!

Consistently served unrefutable low quality items and behaviors…with zero accountability:

Room temperature “hot coffee”
Cream inside of my coffee even though I have clearly stated “no cream I am allergic”
No greetings or gratitude shown
No condiments, napkins, cup holders, bag for avocado toast, and receipts UNLESS YOU ASK THEM.
When the workers DO issue condiments, its literally 1… no more… no less… 1 package of small ketchup and 1 napkins. Zero cup holder after handing over multiple cups of coffee.

I stopped coming to this location for a while. It was just to rachet but I like the new renovation, new staff and the service has gotten a alot better in the last year But, is it just me, the coffee don’t taste the same?? Am I tripping or something? Is not just this store, it’s dunkin coffee in general. I think they use different coffee now! Im beginning to just say meh when it comes to there coffee now. Also if you order from app it can be faster than drive thru when they super busy.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I don’t know if it’s under new management or what’s going on but something else needs to be right here the price are crazy u damn near paying almost 4 dollars for a coffee that’s Taste nasty and service u an uncooked Bagel With cream cheese. If we as ppl take a stand and stop going here They’ll appreciate that customers a little more !

I tried to call them to let them know how horrible my cup of coffee and hash browns was but I didn’t get an answer. Because I didn’t have time to take it back because I was on my way to work. The coffee was cold and old and the hash browns were soaked in old grease and I had to spit it out. Theres no way my items should not have been fresh at 6:45 a.m. I wish there was a way I could have gave them 0 stat. Someone could get sick. I suggest you not go here. You’re going to be disappointed.

Get that man off the togo window. He doesn’t understand what people are saying and its hard to understand what he’s saying. Yall made the drink wrong, got our donuts order wrong. We didn’t know was he was talking about it was so confusing. New ownership? Higher out of your family. This place isn’t going to make it if yall just run it how yall are. Its not that hard and yall are willingly working for this position so get it right.
