Ordered 12 donuts, seem to be fresh, awesome! Ordered a medium hot caramel macchiato- was given a small regular macchiato, was told I was only charged for the small asked for my receipt they couldn’t find it, they remade the drink it was the wrong one again the guy in the background said it’s not wrong stop arguing!? Like hold up it says original not caramel.. left without the right drink and no receipt! Yeah not going back this is not the first time either I chose to give a second chance because life happens, but when there is no good lead how do you except people to get things right?

Place has a huge volume of customers at time. These employees deal with alot. Been going here for 2 years, some days better then others. If the wait time is too long, go to another dunkin, theres 2 more near this location. Some of the customers feel so entitled, its honestly disgusting. Keep up the good work Moore Rd !

Came from Canada, was excited to try this. Nothing against the location we went to, but the food and beverages were way over hyped online. You can definitely get way better at Mojos in Bay Village. I ordered a blended coffee, add mocha and a sausage and cheese croissant… Same thing I get at Mojos. For a big popular chain, the little guys are absolutely crushing you.

We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches both of which were burned black on both sides and inedible. Staff was rude and extremely disorganized every surface in this location is sticky. Floors, and all tables sticky and needs cleaning. Tried to call for refund, no answer, no option for voice-mail is set up
