I visit all the time. All different hours. Half the time they have no hot food, no donuts, no tea. Exactly what are you serving then? Staff sitting out back on the ground. Get these poor folks some chairs or something! Caring about staff teaches staff to care.
Today I’m peeved because I ordered two large refreshers and I got one large refresher and one heckload of ice. I don’t blame the staff. I blame the management. You treat your staff well, they treat your customers well. Period.

Food is terrible. Breakfast sandwiches are never cooked. Cheese is cold(made me sick the other day), Bacon is raw, and the Egg is practically non existent. Even if you complain the employees do not give a care. I always go here before work, but the more I do, the more i regret it. Do not recommend this location until management fixes this store up.

Consistently bad. Doesn’t matter if I order through the app for pickup or through the window. They seem incapable for following instructions. What’s the point in asking me what I want in a my coffee if you’re going to just put whatever in it anyway? Also, don’t bother ordering donuts because they are always out of what you want, and if you ask what they do have they are extremely rude and tell you to “come inside and find out”.

Taylor and Savanna were very sweet & knowledgeable. This was a great visit considering I came walking in at almost close. Normally get the stank eye whenever you go into a restaurant at close this visit was beyond my expectations. I appreciate the girls and the time that they took as I am not coffee drinker but decided I wanted some. They took their time and helped me come up with a great drink I will be returning. I have never had a good experience at this Dunkin’. The employees are always rude; especially in the drive through. The customer service is terrible. They act like you’re an inconvenience for ordering a latte and a freakin piece of toast. Drinks are often not made right. If a specialty latte comes with whipped cream and drizzle please do not only give an iced latte with a flat lid. Lazy!!! The last few times I went there they say they “will not be making food today d/t being understaffed. I mean I get one off things, but come on — only drinks?? And I was the only person in line. Management needs to get ahold of this location. I’m sure this isn’t only happening to us. Please don’t make people dread coming here!!

I just ant to take a moment to shout out the staff at the Mount Gilead location. No matter how busy they are they are always happy and pleasant! Today I had car troubles in the drive thru and two workers came out and asked if they could help me. When I got it started and pulled up to the window they made sure that I was good and even gave me some free donuts! The staff is amazing!

Okay like always I write reviews if something is very good or very bad. In this case it was very bad. Service is just rude for something they got wrong themselves. This is the third time my order was wrong and looking like end of the night specials. Doughnuts seem to be fine but not a good experience with anything else including getting the order right and customer service.

I don’t want to write this review but I’ve tried to tell the staff a few times and nothing has changed. The snackin’ bacon isn’t supposed to be a bag of plain less than premium bacon. It’s supposed to be peppered with a caramel glaze. Every other Dunkin’ I visit does it right. Whoever is making this every morning needs a lesson. The plain bacon is disgusting. Some kind of quality control would be helpful.
Side note, it’s not my fault you’re not a morning person. Cheer up. A smile wouldn’t hurt.

I’m going to leave a 2 because normally I don’t have any issues with this location. It’s busy, but what coffee shop isn’t? This morning however was horrible. It wasn’t busy for once and I was in a hurry. The young lady working window got rather rude with me after she dropped my exact change. I would have gladly picked it up, but I am due next month and I wouldn’t have been able to fit between my car and the building. So I reached to my passenger side to get more change. Instead she made a bit of a scene, but ended up replacing my change herself out of the tip cup. I could have overlooked this had I had no other issues. But instead she shoved my bag at me and very sarcastically told me to have a good day. When I finally arrived at my destination I was thrilled to finally get to eat. But when I opened my bag I found this… Which wasn’t what I ordered to begin with, and the presentation was horrible. I ended up feeding it to my doggo. So I suppose not all was lost. But it was definitely disappointing to say the least. I’ve never had such problems with this location. I really hope it doesn’t become a habit.
