Went they to get my usual at 11:30 & they said they was out of expresso remind you this is a coffee place that stay open till 10pm just told me they could not make my drink because they was out didn’t even offer more. Every single time I have been to this Duncan I’ve ordered a head using the mobile app and still had to wait 10 minutes or more to get my stuff my coffee is always cold when I go there. The cashiers are very unprofessional one little girl working the drive-thru on 412 2023 decided it would be okay to talk about the customers going through the drive-thru and then decided it was okay to be unprofessional and cursed talkin about her best effing friend Dunkin y’all need to do

The service would probably be better if people took seriously coming to work on time such as someone named Courtney that they were very upset about her always being late. Management Staff: Please address the Sunday team about placing the ENTIRE order in the bags. Doesn’t matter if it’s DoorDash or going to the drive thru, I consistently have food missing and it’s always on Sunday. Food is honestly great, when it’s all in the bag.

Thought I’d grab a couple of breakfast sandwiches after little grocery shopping. WOW I sure picked the WRONG place to go. I ordered 2 maple bacon croissants & 2 blueberry cake & 2 chocolate cake doghnuts,, nothing was fresh at all. The bacon was burnt & ask twice for it NOT TO BE BURNT BACON. The egg was rubbery & the croissant was so dried out and tough. Needless to say the staff was not friendly at all. Got home with the food my husband was extremely unsatisfied so he took it back to get a refund. Yes they refunded the money but they acted like they did not care at all what we had to say. They acted like they didn’t want us as their customers. What in the world is this fast food industry world coming to no one cares anymore about the quality of the products they sell. What a sad day it is.

I didn’t catch their names but the 2 gentlemen working the evening of Sunday, February the 6th were absolutely the nicest kindest men. They made sure I had everything I needed and the drinks they prepare are nothing short of artisan. They were hard at work when I walked in the door and the establishment was nice and clean. Refreshing to see people who still care about their work.. They also have free wifi with a blazing fast connection. I was able to take care of my research in a timely manner. No complaints on my end. 10/10 Will visit again.

I don’t usually post reviews but too say I was disappointed is an understatement. First, I walk in to choose what donuts I want and note there are 2 workers both of which ignored me for the first 2 minutes I was there. When I asked if I could get assistance, I was greeted with a frustrated manager telling to wait a minute. So I wait! While waiting 3 more staff members come, which excited me as I think now I will get waited on, but no so, they stood around looking at each other! So again I got to ask to bed assisted and “nanager” tells the young man to assist me but he can’t get into the register so again I am waiting because now he can’t get his manager t I give him the key to unlock the register! I finally say ” I need to speak to the manager!” I explained to the young man I wasn’t upset with him. So “manager” comes and begin to tell her that I had been awaiting way to long and that call it takes is a minute to explain to me why it is taking so long to wait on me, that communication is important…except instead of listening she interrupts me t I explain she is the only ah I knows what she is doing and tells “young man” to take my order and walks away! So I get dozen if donuts and go home, only t I learn that they are stale! Will never go back!
