My frozen coffee is perfect at this location , and hot my peppermint mocha latte was perfect each time while it lasted. Sorry to see the peppermint mocha latte end so soon!

I go to this location often. I’ve been meaning to ask this lady’s name but always forget, except the other day I heard someone call her Brandy, so I’m hoping that is correct. She always greets the customers and always has a smile on her face. When she is making the drinks, they taste great and are always consistent. When she’s working drive thru, she’s always very friendly. The other staff is pretty good too. I think his name his Gage and he’s always very friendly. When I’ve gone in the evenings recently, the colored hair girl and younger dark headed young man aren’t nearly as fast or consistent. A lot of times they are goofing off. I like to come in during the morning/day shift.

I gave 3 stars on the food because it seems every time I ordered food, there is something off abt it. I ordered a grilled cheese yesterday. It was toasted on 1 side . I added bacon n it was paper thin literally n all 3 slices were piled in the middle of the sandwich. I ordered a bagel a few weeks ago, toasted with cream cheese on the side. I received a cold raw bagel with cream cheese ON the bagel. I checked my ticket 2 b sure it was ordered rite n yes the ticket said what I asked for, but someone apparently just didn’t read it. The best 1 yet has 2 b the loaded hashbrowns. I paid $4 for 7 hashbrowns with a tiny amount of cheese n 1 piece of paper thin bacon torn into like 3 pcs all tossed into a bowl. U get more hashrounds from Hardee’s for less money. Iv included pics for reference. When I get food that looks like this, I take pics becuz there have been several times that someone has questioned my honesty when I informed them of screw-up. I don’t think many people would b any more happy than I was if they received this food. I really try not 2 complain becuz I know what it’s like working in that atmosphere n understand things happen. I also dont particularly want 2 go back n most times can’t go back 2 get what I originally ordered. Does anyone want 2 make 2 trips somewhere, just 2 get a correct order? I have called 2 nicely inform them of the screw-up n just suggest they pay closer attention. Of course, they take offense n say I can drive back a 2nd time n I tell them no thanks. The reply I got was, so what do u want me 2 do abt it? I just want someone 2 pay closer attention Otherwise, I do like n appreciate the app. I like the drinks n being able 2 order n pay ahead on the app. It makes things ez’r n in some ways faster. This is just my experience, n my opinion. When it comes 2 I have 2 b honest n say Krispy Kreme is hard 2 beat, especially with the hot off the roller donuts

The cashier was very knowledgeable about the drinks and donuts. When my husband and I were deciding what to order he provided great recommendations. Absolutely loved our drinks! The service was pretty quick as well. Overall the customer service and experience was exceptional.

Came through about a month ago had a terrible experience so I’ve just been going to Starbucks. Since it’s been a couple months I decided to give them another try. I have been waiting for the cookie butter cold brew so that’s what I ordered this morning around 10AM Nov 1, 2024. To my surprise the quality was just as bad as before if not worse. Here is the drink I got vs as advertised on the menu (pics posted below). The employees need to be better trained rather than just guessing and throwing things together. Will NEVER be back!

Do not expect a clean lid on the product you receive. And when you go in expect an attitude when you ask for a clean lid. I quote ” I personally would drink from a cup with dirty lid” Attitude is very poor customer service is rude and extremely slow. It has been months since I was here last. Stay blessed is not a statement any customer service should say to a customer since you have no clue in their beliefs.

I had ordered on the app and I was trying to reload the card and it actually placed the order early. I called the store and Gage answered the phone. He was very friendly about the whole thing and stated they would start them whenever I called. When I called they made them. They did neglect to give him a drink, and when I called back and Gage answered again. Just as friendly and apologetic offering to make it and upgraded the size for our trouble so I can’t fault them. We both made mistakes today.
