I ordered on line for my order. I wanted 12 donuts and 2 coffees. I picked my time of pick up, with in 20 mins I arrived on time for time the time I picked. When I got there nothing was made, they then told me that they had no donuts because they gave them to customers in the drive through. The app asked you for your number so they can call you and let you know there was a problem with your order. They didn’t. I had to cancel my whole order. I did get my coffees but I wish I was informed about the donuts. I was told first come first served but I ordered on line and was on my way to get my order so technically I was first. Also they never have donuts. Next time I will go to Starbucks. I will say this my coffees are always good just annoyed I drove all the way there for my order not to be done and to be told they gave away all the donuts to others.

I have been to this dunkin at least 10 times and never had an issue. I drive further out of my way to avoid the Hermitage location, because I know after 4+ years that the Hermitage location is always a complete disaster. I avoid it at all costs.

My coffee and hashbrows were good. My son got a BR scoop, which he enjoyed. I only gave 4 stars on service because we waited twice, they didn’t seem to have anyone working the inside counter.

Sure enough, it was sweet and to a diabetic that’s not good .I was shouted at while I was trying to order, and the cherry on the top I ordered my food and it was badly burned, what I ordered I did not get it. This location I avoid now. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to use another Dunkin Donuts. Let me start by saying the service is HORRIBLE. I’ve been there multiple times, on different days and times, and not one time can I say I was satisfied. Beware if you do an online order. They try and just give you only your coffee, and always seem to somehow miss your food. My coffee is never EVER made right, and The last time I went was the worst service I’ve received so far. I placed an online order. I received my coffee which by the way was not made right. But I did not receive my donuts, or my munchkins I ordered. So she went and got my donuts and munchkins and threw them all together in the same bag. Most people wouldn’t mind, but for someone who has a 3-year-old who doesn’t like to have their food touch other food, it’s a big problem. Then I look and see that it’s not the donuts I ordered. Not even close. The munchkins were all the same flavor and I only received three of them. So I tell her these aren’t the donuts I want, I won’t even eat the flavor she gave me. So she takes my bag and closes the window to come back 30 seconds later and hand me my bag with the same exact donuts in them again. She didn’t even attempt to try and get the correct it to the ones I wanted. Didn’t say Have a nice day. Didn’t say thank you for coming. Instead handed me my bag, sighed very loudly and slammed the window door shut. So I paid money for donuts I couldn’t eat, that My 3-year-old wouldn’t eat, so I feel like my money was stolen. My coffee I couldn’t drink. I had to wait till I got home to make it the correct way. It’s just inconvenient when all you want to do is stop by and get a good iced coffee and instead you get something that’s not even what you want. And on top of it are made to feel like you’re bothering them because you’re coming and buying from the store. So after that being about the third time that’s happened to me, I avoid giving my business to that store.
