Not too swift at this location… I had to repeat the order multiple times for these people at the drive-thru. Furthermore, they gave me floppy, barely cooked snack bacon… it was abysmal. Everything else in order was ok – not a great experience though.

They are always out of everything I want to get I have never been to worse Dunkin’ and their coffee always taste burnt. I would not recommend if you gonna spend money just go to Starbucks at least they won’t make you wait in line again to get a cup of water.

Went there on several occasions, the staff are extremely friendly, the service is quick..Their products taste great and the store is very clean. I highly recommend this location….They have the best service of any restaurant I have been to in a very long time. The general manager is always working her store to make sure the customer comes first and feels at home..I am so very impressed by the manager and her work ethic…She pitches in and gets the job done, very refreshing inthis day and age…seeing old school values in today’s world. Dunkin Donuts has a real gem here at this location.

They have a sign that says ‘please be patient we’re understaffed,’ but then when you roll up to the window they’re in there laughing and goofing around. Then they give you a burnt a** croissant (see pic).

Not happy. Ordered a large Macha latte light ice and they didn’t fill it. When asked where the rest of the drink was they said “it’s because you ordered light ice” so I got a medium drink for the price of a large. I was missing a quarter of my drink.

The one star is because the employees are very kind and treat me with respect and compassion. With that being said, this dunkin needs better management. They are constantly out of EVERYTHING from coffee flavors, alternative milks, foods, and even napkins. Almost never have donuts unless it’s 7 am. The dining room needs to be sanitized, the marketing is not put up properly or neatly if it’s up at all. The employees are overworked and understaffed. And on top of that the manager has informed employees that if an order is over 50$ they are not to take it and customers have to call ahead. I was told this in store after ordering for me and my 5 kids, just getting 4 sandwiches 4 coffees and a box of munchkins put me over $50. So you can imagine how embarrassed I felt being told it was a “large order” also on this day the mobile ordering wasn’t even available. the manager needs some lessons in etiquette as well as how to properly maintain inventory. Save yourself the trouble and go ten minutes down the road to the other dunkin. They are cleaner, well stocked and fast!

Went to purchase donuts about a week or two ago and they didn’t have any glazed donuts at Dunkin Donuts(really).Yesterday I purchased a donut. The glaze was dry and hard. I usually put them in Ziplock bags and it softens up. Well that didn’t happen. The donut was dry and crusty. These restaurants are just serving us anything these days.
