Florida’s weather has been in the 90s past few weeks. I’m a regular that comes in daily and the air conditioner hasn’t been working at this location. I really feel sorry for the servers. Management needs to do much better.

The workers are dead inside, legitimately, this location seems like a cesspool of stress and just pain. The coffee was really good and so were my donuts, both served really quickly. But the workers were yelling at each other and just weren’t friendly. I dont blame them, as it’s horrible working in food retail, but management needs to help and encourage these workers more

The food and donuts are always great, but the quality in the coffee is hit or miss. There seems to be a lack of care put into making drinks, which translates into the product received. Several times I’ll order a flavored drink only to have all of the flavor sitting on the bottom, or clumps of undisolved sugar when I asked for sweetener syrup.

Food was a little slow in getting out to my group. They seemed a bit disorganized in service. Food came out lukewarm to cold. Interior feels a bit old and warn out, could use a refresh. And the actual venue location is on a deep slope so accessibility may be a bit more difficult for a handicapped person to manage to get from parking area into the interior of the venue.

every time i put in a mobile order they always miss something. i use the app because it’s supposed to be faster yet i always have to back track to receive all of my items. i’ve run a 7/11 before so i know things can get overwhelming when super busy; however that is no excuse for the lack of work put in. no one bothers to double check or anything of the sorts. you guys are officially the worst dunkin. you quite literally became worse than the one in new york i went to for years. i watched someone get shot in there while they were being robbed. but in the end they always got your order right. step up your game.
