I feel that every time i come here i wasted my money. I should have realized when i order a Hot Chocolate and was given a hot coffee, even though i told the cashier that my hot chocolate shouldn’t need cream and sugar cause it’s hot chocolate that i shouldn’t have went again. But i trusted and hoped since i wasnt in a rush to get home it would be fine, it wasnt, i was given my coffee that was suppose to be regular cream and sugar looking like no cream had even went in the cup, let them know about it they put cream in it and i figured it was fine. Get in my car and head home and while driving i take a sip of it and it tastes absolutely terrible like burnt coffee grounds that had been used already and very watered down not to mention that they didn’t melt the sugar so i got a mouthful of sugar on top of the burnt taste. Not wasting my time or money here again.

First of all I am from out of town and the place was busy so they are doing something right. I walked into the shop and ordered 2 old fashion cake add white icing and sprinkles the employee ego’s ma’am those have all sprinkles I said ma’am those are glazed donuts I want old fashioned cake add white icing with sprinkles as you will see in my photos I did not get what I asked and I spent $35 it takes my Dunkin’ Donuts two extra minutes to go ice some old fashioned cake and put some sprinkles on it and they get raving reviews for me I am the customer and I asked for a specialty item yes but she gave me attitude and said there and literally goes those are iced donuts with sprinkles
Maybe that’s why she is on counter and not drive thru I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION. But I am in this area for next 10 days

I feel like the customer service here is absolutely terrible. I asked for one of the signature Christmas drinks and they didn’t explain that they basically didn’t have the drink and they gave me something that tasted nothing like the original flavor. They should have explained that they basically didn’t have the drink. I was trying to give Dunkin a try today because I always get Starbucks and I will say if you are looking for the Christmas holiday drinks and you don’t want your order screwed up and a rude attitude on top of everything go to Starbucks instead. I wish I could give negative stars.

This might be my tenth late this year that’s basically flavored milk…..usually I just accept it and go home. But they’ve raised the prices again.
I just paid almost $8 for a cup of flavored milk? This is insanely disappointing. Neverrrr coming to this location again. Used to come here at least 3-4 times a week. Started coming less and less due to receiving flavored milk instead of a latte. Now here we are today, flavored milk never again will I pay for this and leave. The line was so backed up or else I would’ve gone back and said something.

Out of all the Dunkin donuts in this area this is my favorite, I pass 2 other ones on my way to this location it’s always clean, service is great and they have the best sweet tea. Today Rebecca was out server and was very nice, and let me know that you have lemonade which I love with my tea. I’ll definitely keep passing the other 2 to continue to come to this location.

This the worst Dunkin’ ever a few occasions I’ve where I’ve ordered people that have came in and ordered after me has gotten all their orders while it takes 45 minutes to get mine just a bunch of kids in here playing around I’ve watched them drop somebody’s food on the floor and still pick it up and give it to them at the window. Don’t ever order food from here.

Paid $5 for a peppermint mocha latte. I don’t know what I got but I guarantee you it wasn’t that. No peppermint, no mocha, not even sweet. Horrible. Taste your drink before you drive off. This is not the first time this has happened.
