An absolute horribly run Dunkin. Dunkin has long been a great place for good breakfast items and of course great donuts. I was just in Kissimmee and decided to stop at the one there and was very impressed with the food quality and so when I came to Fort Pierce I figured I would try the breakfast meal here. For 6 dollars you get a coffee, bacon egg and cheese and hash browns. The woman at the drive thru was just extremely rude. I simply asked her to repeat what she said because I couldn’t hear her and the attitude she gave was so unwarranted. So rude. Zero customer service skills. The food wasn’t too bad, actually. So, they next day, I ordered the same thing and surprisingly the same woman was working. This time instead of being rude she didn’t put cream cheese on my sandwich like I requested. It is a really bad reflection on companies when they hire such horrible people with no customer service skills and bad attitudes. Sadly, I run into this quite a bit. So no, don’t stop at THIS Dunkin. They do not deserve your patronage.

Just left the store first thing I have to say they do not care about their customers. Why ? Serving food burnt, talking trash about other employees infront of customers, letting customers wait for a long time and some walked out. This is not professional at all. Those to picture is the one burnt and the fresh one I ask the lady to remake. Not coming here again. You guys will continue loosing customers do to this kind of situation.

Lady at the drive through register with long eye lashes had a horrible attitude rolling her eyes and just flat out rude . Won’t be coming back to this location I’ll drive a few minutes down the road for better service.

I actually worked for Dunkin before so I know what my order is supposed to look like and what type of service I’m supposed to get based off Dunkins morals and policies. This location is the worst in the city of fort Pierce I ordered a latte ONLINE paid extra for oatmilk & a extra pump of swirl . Cause the line was long they gave me regular hot coffee with no swirl and no oatmilk and filled it past the top of the cup . I also paid separately for a Boston creme that they shoved in the bottom of my sons munchkin bag covered it up with glazed munchkins. What is the reason & Make it make sense if I was the owner I would fire all of you and get a new crew and new management.. youre causing him to lose customers when the job itself isn’t hard and the pay is pretty decent . Smh
