I’ve had several bad experiences with this location. It is always slow and the coffee has never tasted right. My last experience was for a mobile order, only to find out they were “out” of frozen coffee and cream/flavors needed for my order (a frozen coffee and a iced coffee with oat milk). The worker told me they were out of the substitute flavors/creams I asked about and they would not process my refund. After submitting a refund claim online and talking with multiple customer support representatives, I was told I had to wait for the franchisee to reach out to me before a refund could be processed. This franchisee has yet to reach in the timeframe I was given by CS. I highly recommend you avoid doing business at this location.

Dunkin is great but this one is absolutely horrible. Good luck trying to get any good flavors of donuts after 10am because they do not keep up with what they sell out of. Chocolate frosted donuts are the most popular donuts out there AND ARE ADVERTISED and yet they never keep up with them. They are slow, out of stock and I can’t believe they’ve been like this for this long.

Didn’t tell me that they were out of half of the flavors until after I ordered and paid for a flavor they were out of. Coincidentally, they were out of all the flavors I liked. Did not offer a refund. I just wish they told me before I ordered and paid. I would have happily gone to another location had I known.

I bring my grandchildren a few occasions and every time the service is worse. Last time we had to wait about 5 minutes to order being the only ones there and ordered 2 hot chocolates and 10 munchkins and the person kept heating the milk about 3 different times. Then came who I thought was the manager and started to teach him something about the choc machine, she did not even noticed us(I think)disregarding us waiting, then after they finished he kept heating more milk and finally served us.

Worst DD Experience ever! Seriously. The line inside was a mile long… after the first 10 minutes it got suspicious. The girl at the register was apparently new… her clothes were literally hanging off and she only touched her hair a dozen to manage herself. Okay, everyone has been there HOWEVER it was when she picked the inside of her nose and checked her phone after the 10th time we started to get annoyed. When we made it to the counter NOTHING that we normally order was in stock. Not the egg bites, bagel bites, kolaches, croissant sandwiches, or even anything sourdough related. The lady who took our donut order even got that wrong and when we looked inside the bag and told it was wrong she charged us for the extra donut without replacing or taking out the wrong one. Having 3 kids in tow we figured it wasn’t the worst thing. Another 10 minutes of waiting and were told we needed to make more substitutions to our order because they were out of bread. Settled for the wake up wrap after already being highly annoyed and just ready to leave. Thought it would be an immediate thing however it took another 10 minutes. During our eternity long wait we visited the restrooms… GROSS! The girls bathroom was smelly and there was toilet paper everywhere and later found out the boy’s restroom had hair all over the seats and pee all over the floors. As if that wasn’t bad, to learn from my husband that an employee used it just before him. How embarrassing! He should have never let anyone use a restroom after him in that state. Left FINALLY after being there a solid 40 minutes only to find the saddest looking wrap ever. Nothing like false advertising and glamorized pictures. Yay us. After having to substitute every part of our order we’re not the least bit satisfied with our visit- especially after walking out and seeing the Panera next door, we could have spent our nearly $40 on better selections and service. Avoid this location at all costs.

This Dunkin is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The woman who was working the drive threw was beyond rude. When we pulled up for our food and drinks, not only was the order wrong but she never gave us a receipt OR the food. We were told to pull around and they would bring it out for us. About 15 minutes passed and still no one came out. We went inside to get the food and they all didn’t know what we ordered. We had no receipt to show because the woman never gave us anything. Finally, 30+ minutes later we got our food and obviously it’s not even editable. Pictures to show, you can judge for yourself if you would even take a bite of this…. $20 down the drain this morning because we’re not driving back to ask for a refund.

I just ordered items. The server at the drive-thru was very rude. We didn’t have our rewards app load on the phone, which 5 seconds to complete. The server stated, “to have that ready next time” We have waited multiple times at this location for service and have always been understanding. But for the server to demand that we “be ready” immediately is unacceptable. The avocado toast was also stale (usually very good)

If there was a way to leave something less than 1 star for this location I would. Once again, order from the app and the line for drive thru is backed up and did not move for 15 minutes. Tried to go inside to get my order but the doors are locked (at 7am) for some reason as the open sign is on and the hours show 6am to 10pm. Drove off without filling my order – last time I ever go to this rolling dumpster fire of a location or Dunkin for that matter as they hire the most incompetent people on the face of the earth to work in their stores.

I love Dunkin Donuts, but this branch in Windermere is horrible. How can you serve to your customers burned toast? Do you eat those yourself? Please be better than that.

Very inefficient. Line is over 20 minutes long. Only one worker inside who is slow to take food orders for walk-ins. Bananas are also old.
