I went through the drive through and ordered a cappuccino but instead I was given a watered down dark coffee with no foam whatsoever and not sweet at all after I asked to add caramel and liquid sugar. I didn’t taste it till I got home ( threw it out) and immediately called and was told I can pick it up during the week and that my name and order would be added to a list. 4 days later I go through the drive though to pick up my order and was called a liar and that next time I need to go back on the same day with a receipt. Obviously it’s not my fault your employee told me I can go anytime of the week after I received the wrong order and just wanted a replacement. I even told the lady I have the transaction on my back account. She kept arguing over a 4 dollar cappuccino in which I told her I will not argue about it and left the line. They lost a customer. The manager also stated that if I wanted someone to believe me I needed to bring a receipt. That is just sad how customers are being called liars.

Me and my family are big fans of Dunkin. We used to live in Massachusetts, where you can find a Dunkin every corner. But here in Florida, it is a little different. Anyway, I took my kids to this location. The workers all stared at me when I entered, the place was empty and me and the kids were the only one. I asked one lady if I could use the bathroom, and she said she didn’t know and she would ask another person. The other lady looked at me and, in a very rude tone, said I could not use it. But in that very moment some guy that worked there as well came from the bathroom and they all stared at me. I had the worst experience. They have ZERO customer service, and they laugh at your face with some discretion, but you can see it. I started to other from the screen and could not find the egg and cheese wrap, I ask if someone could show, then a girl said from a distance ” I don’t know now I have to go there and show you” but she same so serious and rude. I hate to leave negative ratings, but this place left me no chance. The management should really invest in some training about the satisfaction costumer service.

Got the breakfast taco no lime crema sauce, not served in the proper packaging it usually is, (cardboard taco holder), and 2nd time I’ve ordered this and have had to ask for napkins. Not sure why you don’t automatically get at least one napkin with your food order.

Was suppose to be Whipped cream on and and a frozen coffee. some days they are good, but mostly act like they didn’t get trained right ! No whipped cream a FRENCH VANILLA SWIRL is a frozen coffee NOT AND ICE COFFEE and can’t tell if there was Almond milk in it SMH. I went to order at 9:53 in the morning. I was rushed in my order. I was going to order more but I said ok thats all. After I place my order. She said $29. So I gave her $100 bill. Manager said that she cant take that bill. She stated that this location dont take $100 & $50 bills because they been getting fake bills. She said she is following rules from the owners of the franchise. So I went to 7 eleven to get change. I feel like this is wrong on all levels. If you dont know how to check bills and keep customer (stay home). Dont come to work.

This is my dunkin on my route to work so I come here often. Love the coffee and the employees but I don’t think the owner of the franchise location is taking very good care of his people. Just being someone that goes here everyday I can see the morale is low and employee turnover is ridiculous. That stems from ownership, not management or employees. But all in all coffee is great service is always amazing. I really think the employees need to be taken better care of though.

The owner or general manager of the store is a very RUDE and condescending woman. She makes the drink I ordered WRONG. Then got upset because I said it doesn’t taste like a peppermint mocha, that it only tastes like mocha and if they can remake it. I buy 4-5 drinks from this location and the one on Osceola A DAY. I know what my drink is suppose to taste like. She the. Proceeds to say “white people always want something for free” when she’s a Hispanic in MY country. The drink is normally 3.53 but how I order it it always comes out to 4.61.. so how am I getting anything for free? WHEN I ORDERED IT THAT WAY. She will lose her life talking to the wrong person like that.
