I’ve never been treated so badly at a Dunkin’
From the employee who took my order to the other one who made my order, who got really upset because I returned the 3 coffees I ordered and at that moment she told me that they didn’t have any more caramel but that it was still a latte.
Lady If I had wanted only one Latte, I think that what would have ordered,I get upset by her attitude towards my self.
Every day I take the same coffee (Caramel craze Ice signature latte) and I think I know the difference well, if from the beginning she would told me we no longer have caramel I would had the option of asking for something else or noting at all,
However, I had to endure them imposing what they wanted to me and finally, put up with the bad attitude of both of them.
For the record I was not the only customers giving back the order for the bad quality of the coffee they where doing.

I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts location and honestly had a terrible experience. There were only two people working an older lady and a younger girl who acted like speaking was too much effort for her. The phone kept ringing nonstop and neither of them bothered to answer it.
I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and they told me they couldn’t take my order because they were in the middle of a shift change. That’s understandable, but at least they could’ve given me the option to order inside instead of making me and three other cars wait for nothing.
When I finally went inside, the older woman didn’t even greet me she just said, “You’ll have to wait.” After waiting that long, that attitude was really disappointing. If I had been a first-time customer instead of someone who had already waited so long, I would’ve turned around and left immediately.
I don’t plan on coming back. You lose customers because of experiences like this. I’d strongly recommend hiring more staff and improving customer service — a friendly attitude and basic communication go a long way.

I’m a regular customer I come here everyday been coming for about 2-3 years, I usually pick up a coffee before heading to work I’ve never had an issue all of the employees are super nice and friendly I usually order through the app & pick up in store however yesterday I went in at about 3:57 pm my shift started at 4 I paid with a $10 bill I always order the same thing my total always comes to $4.49, I gave a $10 bill to the employee who was working the register I got only my change back but was missing the cash she was supposed to give back to me I didn’t realize til I got to work and couldn’t go back since I was on the clock, don’t know what her name was but I know she works the afternoon shift since I’ve seen her before not angry or anything but pretty disappointed she took my $10 and I didn’t get the money back that she was supposed to owe me not sure if it was a mistake or she did it on purpose… but needs to pay attention so it doesn’t happen to someone else.

The food and drinks were good and so was the staff, but they had run out of a lot of things, including napkins. Maybe it was just a busy day for them but I hope in the future they stack on up necessary things.

Not at all helpful with the costumer, I made a mistake while ordering and it was a very simple way to make a solution, ofcourse I offered to pay the difference, but people now in days don’t under Common sense Or which is worst, they don’t get what real costumer service is like before. Unfortunately for the folks that work there. This Duncan is probably the worst in this area. Exterior needs TLC, awning is missing, awning poles are hanging over drive through and usually short staff and run out of items. Just got a blueberry muffin because they ran out of coffee rolls. The muffin was raw in the middle. I did call them and let them know. I will never go back.

I called because I saw online on the dunkin page that they where looking for a baker and I called today, and Manager was so freaking Rude, with an attitude she told me off” No where not looking for a new baker” and just like that left me hanging on the phone….like? Very slow drive thru service. Only 2 cars in front of me and it still took over 10 minutes, when I drove up to the window there was still a wait.The lady on the speaker was loud and wanted me to scream also, because “ she couldn’t hear me”. After waiting, she came to the window to inform me that they Don’t have what I ordered, (mobiil order) and that they “won’t have it in store until tomorrow”. It’s only 1:30 pm. This is super unprofessional. This location needs new management and staff. Very disappointing experience.
