TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Dave’s Hot Chicken is a great stop for delicious quick bites. This location was very kept and clean, regardless of the vending crowd. Lily was superb in balancing cashiering and expo, still impressed how she balanced both with the numerous requests while actively being polite. The meal itself was very tender and juicy. Lily offered condiment suggestions which complimented my very bite. It is a hit hot spot for students and the environment helps. They have lot of seating options and parking space.It is a YES please!!! For all foodies.

Dave’s Hot Chicken never disappoints! The chicken is always fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor. The spice levels are legit — whether you like it mild or extra hot, they’ve got you covered. The sliders are perfectly seasoned, the fries are crispy and well-seasoned, and the Dave’s sauce ties everything together.
The staff was friendly, the food came out fast, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. You can really taste the quality in every bite.
Definitely one of the best hot chicken spots around. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I took my son to Dave’s today and interacted with not only the manager Dave, but the GM. Not only were all the employees o interacted with helpful and kind, but the manager and general manager were both kind,professional, and so very helpful. They took their time to make sure my order was perfect (which I had a lot of special requests). They answered every question I had with respect and did not rush me. The food come out hot and exactly as I had ordered. I’m sure we will be visiting them again as this experience was exceptional. Thanks again.

I came last night to pick up my online order, and the service was spectacular. For context, I’m on crutches right now due to a knee injury. As soon as one of the team members saw me starting to get out of my car with them, they came outside and asked me if I was picking up. I said yes, gave my order info, and they were kind enough to bring it out to save me the hassle. The food was great as always, but I’ll definitely be back more often based on that gesture alone. The only regrettable part of the experience was that I didn’t have cash on hand to tip extra with; I’ll make it right next time!

Dave’s Hot Chicken in Franklin, MA is absolutely fire. The chicken is always hot, juicy, and packed with flavor, with heat levels that actually mean something—from mild all the way to insanely spicy. The tenders are big, crispy, and seasoned perfectly, and the sliders hit every time, especially with the pickles and Dave’s sauce. The fries are seasoned just right and pair perfectly with the chicken. On top of that, the staff is friendly, fast, and keeps the place running smooth even when it’s busy. If you’re into real hot chicken and bold flavor, this spot is 100% worth it. Service 10/10!

Was good nothing ordinary special , I enjoyed the seasoned crispy crinkle cut fries , my husband did not enjoy his chicken tenders that were mild flavor I did not like them either , it tasted like all season salt with a lot of cayenne pepper . Overly powerful dry rub . Also a random slice of white sandwich bread included I’m not sure what the purpose of that is for? We been wanting to try it because of all the hype but honestly was not worth it will not return, paid over $30 for 2 meals , too expensive

Love visiting Dave’s while we are traveling. Food is consistently wonderful! This location is brighter and more vibrant than others I have visited but the flavor is the same! Love, love, love!!
