The food and coffee at this Dunkin is good, however the service is absolutely horribly slow. Once your in line you can’t get out so you might as well pay and wait. Today my wait time was 14 minutes for 2 ice coffees. I get that it’s a new location but they are not going to pull more customers with water times like that. If your in a rush I recommend the extra 2 miles to 19 Dunkin.

The smell of this place walks into your windows like a dream come true. Robust coffee mixed with sweet smelling dough and a sugary crisp hit your nose and makes you dance with the light in your soul. I want everything on the menu twice no thrice. If I could take this all home with me, I would. But I will visit this palace of donuts and coffee again and again and again and again because America runs on Duncan and we all know why because the coffee And the donuts are just the start. The amazing customer service friendliness and cleanliness of this location is second to none except for maybe other competitors which will remain unnamed.

Slowest line and customer service ever, you would think they were all sleeping on the job. Even with no one in line you’re guaranteed to wait at-least 10 minutes and your order will be wrong every-time. Hands down WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone handful of times hoping each time will make up for the terrible experience the last time & every-time it disappoints me more than the other times.

Literally the slowest moving Dunkin workers I’ve ever met. Every time I pull up to drive thru I have to wait a good minute for anyone to greet me. Multiple times I thought it was just broken and nearly pulled away to go to the window. Also forgot my munchkins in my order yesterday.

Not impressed with this location. Have tried giving them a chance multiple times. With the cost of everything increasing, its irritating when I order my favorite specialty sandwich with the maple sugar bacon on it, and again they put regular bacon on it. This has happened the last 3 times I have gone here. This same thing also happened with the snackin bacon the last 2 times. I ordered that as well; received regular bacon and only 3 slices. 3! For the price of snackin bacon, there should be more slices and the actual specialty bacon, like its supposed to be.
This location was to make things easier, as its close to my house and I didnt have to go out of my way to get breakfast. Honestly, I would rather drive out of the way to another location to get what I ordered, instead of not, and being disappointed yet again. Ive given enough chances. They’ve lost my business.

My favorite Dunkin, second only to the one on north 19 at Little Rd. It’s just different here, so much more friendly. Nice regulars too. Oh, and the donuts are divine.

Don’t order Loaded Hash Browns from this location. It’s either dry hash browns with a tiny bit of queso when you order normally, or absolutely drowned in queso if you order extra queso. There is no middle ground or happy medium here. Because of this, I avoid coming to this location unless I have no other choice. They also tried to charge me 8 bucks for a single bagel one time. This spot has been here for damn near a year and they’re already as bad if not worse than the one down near the high school. I’ll come back and change my review if things change, but it’s been fairly consistent the past few visits. Always something.

I did not get a chance to order any food because the service was awful. You’re forced to order through a screen, which the first one is broken and on the second screen the person was having difficulty ordering, and none of the staff seem to want to help out anyone. If you’re in a hurry or just wanna get your food at some point in time.Avoid this place.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s been pretty good but the mobile ordering is a hassle. I stood inside for 12 minutes waiting by the mobile ordering pick up area. No one acknowledged that I was standing there. Other ppl came and went with their order it took me asking if they have my order before she even looked at me. Yep there it was ready. Sitting there on the counter. Not near the mobile pick up area. It’s not the waiting that got me it was the fact that there were 5 or 6 ppl milling around and not one of them even looked at me or asked what other I was waiting for. That’s a problem. They definitely need more staff for the early morning hours. Other then that is been decent.
