I’ve had many sandwiches from Penn Station over the years, and I’d say they’re above average, nothing more. But today I had one truly worth reviewing.
At the PS in Hilliard, Ohio, I had a Classic Italian sub with everything (grilled). It was delicious, with just the right amount of meats and veggies and sauce. It was grilled to perfection. Not sure how this team got it so right but they did.
Service was professional and friendly… thanks guys, I’ll be back.

Highly recommend. Great food made by nice people. Clearly a well run place. Def will be back. $22 for a 12” sandwich, med fry and drink.

Went in to pick up some lunch and was recommended the cheesesteak and it was so so good. Top tier subs. Only thing lacking is employee service, management was friendly and helpful but the employees don’t give good service and don’t look like they want to be there.

Worst Penn Station ever. Called to modify my order and there was “nothing they could do”. Doordash says I can’t modify it so I called the store and the person who answered the phone definitely could’ve made my sandwich correctly and chose not to. Poor customer service. Don’t order from this one!

Food is okay. My sub was good, but the cheese/garlic bread was very lackluster. Dinning room i what you would expect from a sub shop i guess, I wouldn’t have a date night here with my wife, id just take it home. The fries are good, really the main reason I wanted to come here, however that is also where my problem lies with my last visit and might keep me from going back. I had placed my order online, I arrive when it estimated my order to be ready, I tell them who I was picking up for, they then drop my fries so they’d be hot(which I’m perfectly fine with). However, my problem starts with what happened next, being the only customer in the restaurant i looked over at the door when it opened to see a family of three come in, place their order, and sit down at a table. Somehow I manage to watch them not only get their subs before me, but their fries too. Tell me how someone can get their fries before me when I not only ordered 20+ minutes before they even came into the restaurant but I was physically in the restaurant 5 minutes before they came in.

Pay $10 for a chicken cordon bleu sandwich with three or four tiny pieces of chicken on it and a few scraps of ham. Seriously? Sorry but that’s not worth $10. Sure came with fries but they were cold anyway.

Dear Penn Station, I hate leaving 2 star reviews but sometimes things just aren’t right and you should do better. I understand that employee shortages are the new norm so I can overlook the fact that both restrooms were out of order, the air-duct return was covered in 2 inches of dust and half the tables are out of order (or taped off) but when it comes to the food I gotta call you out. I brought the family in for a delicious bite to eat on the way the the airport. I was craving either a Cheesesteak or the Teriyaki chicken. I noticed this months special was the Founders Choice Cheesesteak (extra cheese and a splash of teriyaki). Win win, right! Nope. I ordered the large (just like the advertisement), onions, mushrooms & peppers. Upgraded to large fries, so my dinner was $20. I’ve included pictures of the Monthly Special, my food and the receipt. Please take a minute to compare. Sad over this experience!

Disgusting. Not only did I see multiple roaches while eating, but the service from the “manager” Chris, was very poor. He was rude and on his phone instead of helping customers. Would not recommend.

I have loved Penn Station for over a decade. I feel there quality of steak has went down but it’s still a damn good sandwich. Can’t forget the fries and lemonade
