Could they ever learn something from their competitor about organization and customer service! I waited in the drive thru for a very long time to pick up a mobile order. It never moved. I drove around, parked and went inside. I saw my order of 50 munchkins sitting on the counter. After nearly 5 minutes, I finally got somebody’s attention and pointed and told her that was my order. And in a very nasty tone, she said what’s the name on the order? I told her my name, she attached a ticket to it, rolled her eyes and handed it to me. I left thinking, I will never go back in that place again.
Be nice to your customers. They’re giving you job security! A little courtesy goes a long way. Less than satisfactory service speaks volumes…

NEW MANAGEMENT BETTER SERVICE!
When I stepped in, the store was vey clean and I was instantly greeted by an employee. When asked what I wanted to drink, I was torn between two choices and felt comfortable asking which was better and a minute later it was in my hand.
The sandwich I ordered, with no cheese, was said back to me once at ordering, and then again when it was being handed to me, making me feel seen that they were double checking it.

Jovon was awesome! 5 minutes til close. He made sure I had 2 fresh cups of medium coffee. After the coffee was made and handed to me, I told him I really appreciate it and was my aunt’s birthday and she cleans the courthouse downtown and it’s really cold out, I’m pretty sure she would appreciate it! She did. Thank you for going above and beyond as an employee but more over as kind human being!

The worst place ever. I had stop by this morning with my mom and sister through Drive through. I waited 30 min in drive through and they still had my order wrong. I had to go inside they still didn’t give me my donut when they did all smashed up. The girl in the front all rude like if we owe her something when we are paying for the stuff we ordering it ain’t free. My cappuccino s were half way filled. Please don’t come to this place they don’t know what there doing.

Von and Wayne were so helpful tonight! It was a pleasure speaking with both of them! I don’t usually go to Dunkin so wasn’t sure what to order but they made it so much easier by giving me a variety of options to choose from and helping me customize my coffee order! Both were kind and patient with me! Will definitely be coming back to this location! Hope to see them both there. 🙂

Today was our first time at this location and we found our new Dunkin in Bradenton due to Susan and Melanie for the outstanding customer service you they showed us. Friendly and outgoing personalities made us feel very welcomed. Susan and Melanie made our 3 Christmas coffees so outstanding I have to say these were the best coffees I have ever had from any Dunkin. They had the donuts well stocked and all fresh . They deserve praises and raises. These 2 women are what Dunkin Donuts stand for. Need more representatives as Susan and Melanie unlike the 2 guys on Mantee Ave this afternoon.

I normally avoid this dunkin because the wait times are insane for the most simple things. I decided to go because i saw no cars parked and no cars in the drive thru, so i thought oh it will be quick. I had to be at my sons speech appointment which was nearby and needed something in my stomach quick. I was wrong, it took close to 15 minutes for avocado toast with bacon bits and i was almost LATE to his appointment which is crazy because i had plenty of time. The bread wasn’t toasted and no bacon bits. So i’m truly baffled what took so long considering they didn’t toast the bread and didn’t put bacon on top. Go to the Dunkin on 70 by the Walmart instead. Unless you want to wait for a wrong order every single time. The employee apologized for the wait which is nice, but there seems to be a pattern here that has to be addressed. And according to the other reviews, it’s not just me.
