absolutely terrible. service was mid. didn’t get my hash browns , large coffee was not even full. probably a small coffee put into a large cup. (i have taken a sip) my bacon , egg , and cheese bagel was burnt and put together sloppy. get your crew together. nothing but problems at this store.

Ordered a midnight coffee at opening, tasted like milky water. Asked for them to remake. I don’t know what they put, but it was like warm stale oily tasting coffee by the end of it all. Never again.
Definitely want my money back. The drink can’t/isn’t safe to be consumed. Had to throw it away.

Go in person or do not order delivery. Test you food.
Appalling they would stoop this low sending out rock hard bagel minis and didn’t gave 2nd order of donuts.
Not to mention the phone number go to a voicemail. All they going to tell you call the delivery service. BUT it is not the delivery service fault. Thus is the worker fault. I really like to see the worker eat this rock hard bagel mini.

The only reason they got 2 stars, is because the employees were very nice. The food however was awful. We got 2 sourdough bacon egg and cheese sandwiches with 2 tater tots and a refresher for $32 and ended up throwing all the food away because I just worked all night and was not about to go back. The prices are insane for what they’re serving.

We have gone here a few times and they have always gotten our orders right. From the looks of other reviewers that doesn’t seem to always be the case but thankfully we have had good luck here so far.

Edward is the best manager in the world. His employees are always happy and the store is always clean. The service is excellent. Before I walk in, my order is ready to go because they know what I like. All I have to do is pay.

Good service it’s tucked away in the back of the store but there’s a sign out front it’s not as busy as other Duncan’s in the area but it also is a bus stop a gas station are you haul so get busy and depending on the day today handle it better considering all this aside they’re still not usually a big line or else it moves fast I guess is what I’m trying to say compared to other Dunkin donuts where you sit and wait and wait and wait and wait coffee’s do you send its right next to the inner state easy to get in-and-out of

Staff seemed like they didnt want to be there. Maybe they were having a bad day but there was bickering between 2 team members. It was uncomfortable. Good coffee though.

I’ve been to Dunkin’ Donuts from Punta Gorda all the way up to Bradenton and they’re always inconsistent, but this is the location is always spot on! The ladies at this location are amazing!
