My New Favorite Dunkin’!
I’m seriously impressed with this Dunkin’ location — it’s officially my new go-to spot. The main reason? They actually have non-chocolate covered Bavarian crème donuts! I’ve never been a fan of the chocolate topping on those, and I know I’m not alone. Finding them without the chocolate was a total game-changer.
On top of that, the staff was awesome. The two gentlemen working during my visit were super friendly and made the experience even better with great conversation and positive vibes. I originally stopped in for just a 6-count, but I ended up walking out with a full dozen. No regrets!
If you’re picky about your donuts or just want to be treated like a regular from day one, this is the place to go.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is extremely poorly managed. The staff does whatever they want, is consistently rude, and repeatedly messes up orders. I’ve ordered a latte here four separate times, and each time I was given a regular coffee with cold milk instead.
When I complained, I was told that a latte is “coffee with milk,” which is simply wrong. A latte requires properly steamed milk, not cold milk poured into coffee. What I was given was dark, bitter, and absolutely disgusting not a latte at all yet I was still charged for one.
I’ve given this place far too many chances, and they continue to get it wrong. I will not be returning. The owners seriously need to pay attention, clean house, and properly train their staff. Look at the photos and compare what I ordered to what I received completely unacceptable.

We ordered a cookie butter cloud latte with light oat milk and light syrup and received reg whole milk with regular amount of syrup. My husband double checked and asked if this was the light milk and syrup and was assured it was. Super disappointing especially with the order wrong on the side of the cup.

I truly hope this review gets the attention of the managers or franchise owners.
This store consistently has the worst service I’ve ever received. First, my drinks have to be decaf due to a heart condition… yet they won’t enter “decaf” into the order nor on the sticker and then just expect me to trust them that it’s made decaf.
Second, while still at the speaker finishing my order I ask to correct one of the drinks to oat milk and instead of just helping me they tell me how inconvenient it is to change the milk preference once the drink has been entered.
And on top of that, I usually have to pull back through or go inside and have them correct my drinks.
This team needs more training, desperately. I’ll be frequenting the other Dunkin locations and passing on this one from now on.

Absolutely love my Dunkin, I’m there almost everyday but this location is the only one I go to. The staff are amazing, as soon as I start my order they already know it’s me. Angel and his family are the best I highly recommend you stop and see them in the morning
