OK so my girlfriend and I just went to this location because we wanted to have a date night and we had a coupon that we wanted to use too. Everything was great until my girlfriend found a hair in her chicken breast. So I went to the counter to let them know that she found a hair. And I think she was the manager but I could be wrong. But anyways she wanted to see the piece of chicken with the hair in it. But I couldn’t do that because she threw the hair away. So I showed them the chicken piece at least. And she very RUDELY told me that I have to show her the chicken with the hair in it next time. First off I work at Pizza hut here in town and when a customer complains that they found hair in their pizza we replace it no questions asked. Second I did receive another chicken breast but she was annoyed by having to give it to me. 3rd they don’t have a customer care hotline that stays open later which is stupid because they have all their locations open until 9 or 10 pm. If they don’t do anything to please me as a customer in these next few days then I won’t be coming back.

Now I’m giving it a 1 star because of their new chicken wings. Absolutely horrible. Got the Nashville Hot sauce. Sauce in combination with the greasy wings made for a mess. Wings was all breading and hardly any meat on the bones and very small wings. And super expensive. Almost $1 a wing. Save your money these wings are not the old style wings KFC had. Those need to come back. Now the service was excellent. Prompt and friendly. And quick so 5 star for that.

So rude! We are in a semi truck and my husband called to see if we could order food. They refused to take our order. We were told if we couldn’t come through the drive thru that we couldn’t order. Great way to treat our truck drivers!!! Of course the dining room is closed so no walking in to order.

Fast, friendly service! That’s a rare statement for fast food these days. My food was ready before I could put my credit card back in my wallet. Good place to stop if you are traveling and want an alternative to burgers and fries.

Food is ok. Sometimes some of it is cold but chicken is always good even if it’s cold only thing I wish they had was a buffet I’ve been to some that has had them they are very good. People behind the counter are very nice and quick to get you taking care of.

It’s almost a mile off the highway, so it’s relatively quiet. We didn’t see another patron inside. The bathrooms could use a good scrubbing.

Ordered 40.00 in chicken on 8/18/20 at 1:00pm. I expected the chicken to be fresh because it was early in the day but it was awful. It was cold and tough to chew like old chicken. We were pretty disappointed.

Flashback to 1994 this kfc is dying to have a makeover. Looks cool and somewhat modern and clean from the outside until you step inside it is very dirty and outdated. It has an upper level seating which was cool but the carpet was starting to come up and the restroom was out of order up stairs and lower level bathrooms were very nasty. Staff was courteous but food was cold and bland.

Great food… Fast service… But $40.04 for 12 pcs of chicken? I know this isn’t the fault of this particular KFC, but still, won’t be long until you no longer see KFCs in the wild at these prices… But damn, if it ain’t tbe best fried chicken in America
