There’s so much potential here. They just need a manager. SO. BAD. It’s packed every time I go but I worry it’s gonna get shut down. All the workers are great, but seem frustrated. No organization. Everyone’s running around like a chicken with their head cutoff. There’s only like two lights that work in the place neither of which are in the front, and it’s surprising they haven’t gotten any sort of health code violation. The ceiling of all places is nasty, and the floor looks like it’s never been mopped. Please fix this place, we love going there and it’s so convenient, but I had to wait 10 min for bread! And you guys had 8 bags ready to go…

This pizza was awful. I got home after picking it up and opened the pizza box, the slices were all mix matched like the pizza wasn’t even baked together but more like multiple pieces from a bunch of pizzas put together. I then called the store and the man that answered was rude about it and then just hung up on me after telling him.

I made a large order online the night before for a meeting that I was having. When I pulled up to pick up 6 pizzas they were closed and locked up with a crowd of angry customers out front who had all made online orders with no service. This was at 1pm. Luckily, Sam’s Club came through last minute. I called the next day and talked to a rude employee who described himself as the assistant manager. He was dismissive of my complaints and didn’t even feel compelled to explain what happened nor was he concerned enough to offer an apology. Finally, he took my info and said that he would try to get his district manager to give me a refund. I finally received the refund after a week. I’ve had similar issues with other Little Caeser’s. It appears that the ship is sinking for what used to be a great company. I won’t do business with them again.

I would love to rate the food but i never received it, atmosphere was empty even after their advertised opening time, and service was awful, not an employee but a manager refused to pick up my calls or unlock the door to the public, embarrassing. Imagine being a full fledged adult and deciding to hide from your responsibilities, couldn’t be me.

I come here to pick up DD orders and usually want to order some food as well. I always say that as well. The same lady that is working in here tells DD is down or my order will be done in 15-30 min and proceeds to go behind the counter and not acknowledge my order until my DD order is ready. I’ve been sitting in the store for 3-4 min so far and she still has not taken my order. Idk why I even come back here every time

Go to any of the other little caesars in the area. This one is terrible! I ordered an hour and a half ahead of time and still ended up waiting 30 minutes inside after my pickup time only to receive the wrong order. It was like watching the 3 stooges trying to make pizzas.

I live right down the road and every single time I have gone to this location they have told me that it will take 10-20 minutes for a Hot and Ready pizza. That’s the whole reason you get little Caesar’s to get a quick pizza if I wanted to wait I would’ve gotten Jets or Dominos. I have never written a review but after my 4 th time in there I needed to say something.

I got a pretzel pizza, barely pretzely and had marinara sauce despite cheese sauce said on ticket. also cut very unevenly and not cut through all the way.
