This Dunkin never gets my order right – never. I’m sure they d fix it but I’m always on my way to work. Sunny sip just opened near my job I guess it’s time to switch because this morning they still managed to get my caramel iced coffee with extra sugar and cream wrong – they didn’t get the caramel.

The donuts here are never fresh. The NHL should contact this Dunkin and start buying these garbage circles instead of hockey pucks. I wasted $25 on donuts for my tree crew and felt bad for offering them this. Giving them *nothing* would have been nicer than trying to give them donuts mixed with concrete. 0/10 on the donuts but 10/10 on the service.

I came through the drive thru around 4 pm. “Kim” came and took my order. When I pulled around to the window Kim was on the opposite side of the building at the register inside taking an order. From the register she yells and asks if I got the cold brew, I answered yes and she asked again. I raised my voice and said yes again to where she had asked for a third time, I raised my voice again to respond. Kim answers back this time with ” jeez okay we hear you relax” she began to mock me and make fun of me to the customer she was helping at the register inside. She was loud enough that I could hear her from my car in the drive thru. Carisa came to hand me my drink and apologized which was nice but this was not the first time I have had a negative experience at this location because of Kim.

They are so inconsistent with their portions. One day I spend $5 on male glazed bacon and I get 3 uncooked slices the next I actually get an order of bacon it clearly depends on the shift. What they send out is sad and pathetic! 3 uncooked slices of bacon they are 2inches long is crazy for$5!!! I don’t care about paying the price but send an actual order of bacon not a sloppy representation of bacon that couldn’t feed an ant. Your employees really drop the ball with this it’s ridiculous. They don’t care so they just pack and send whatever. If it was for them I’m sure it would be different so don’t waste your money here you never know what you will get and I promise you it won’t be cooked

I always go to this restaurant and the service and atmosphere are truly excellent, but I want to give a special mention to Ali and Ashley because they are always very attentive and provide top-notch service. They are very professional, and I congratulate them. I highly recommend this place.

i was just telling my husband on the drive to dunkin that there are so many inconsistencies with the drink i order, and that still reigns true especially for this one.
i get a caramel latte with oat milk, and i’m absolutely positively they gave me just a coldbrew with oatmilk— even that would have been better than what they gave me. it is so watered-down and flavorless.
they were not super busy, not a long line or many cars in the parking lot, but we waited at the window for our drinks to come out for 10 minutes! the staff was not friendly either, and tried to hand us out someone else’s donuts.
the only reason i give it two stars and not one is because my husband’s caramel macchiato tastes alright- not great, but it was made better than mine at least. so disappointed with this franchise.

if you want to repeat your order 5x at the speaker because the employees are talking to each other not realizing their headsets are on and you can hear them..this is the place for you! not to mention the order is STILL wrong when you get it.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. This is a grilled cheese add bacon and the cheese isn’t even melted it’s just a glob of plastic and on top of that the hash browns were burnt and the coffee taste like hazelnut and I ordered vinella. Idk what’s going on but somethings wrong w their process.
