Was there during non busy hour and took the staff 5 minutes to come to the register. I had a physical coupon from Dunkin and they were unable to scan it. They said that is a known issue, but rather to honor the coupon, they just said sorry. The shelves for the donuts, bagels and muffins were half empty, this store is not what it’s used to be and management needs to up their game.
Update: Was there in the afternoon, one person handling both the register and drive thru. She is doing her best and is very polite, I don’t have to wait too long, but can’t imagine if it is busy. Anyway, the donuts not as fresh probably have been on the rack for a while. If you want fresher donuts, this is not the place to go.

They don’t let anyone in the store. We waited in the drive through for 25 minutes. The purchase was for my sister so we had to wait. At the drive through the worker kept forgetting our order. We had to repeat 2 Jelly donuts, 2 cream filled and 2 apple fritters 4 times. When we were paying the same
woman again asked what donuts we ordered. The price seemed high. She said the apple fritters were expensive. We asked for the receipt. When we got to my sister’s nursing home we noticed she charged us for 7 donuts and 2 apple fritters. We only bought 4 donuts and 2 apple fritters. I tried to call but this store didn’t answer the phone. I will do there survey and will explain all this.

It must be opposite day at Dunkin Donuts South Pasadena location. This is what you get when you order a well done toasted bagel with cream cheese. Barely toasted, very little cream cheese.

I haven’t always had the best experience with this specific Dunkin’ location, but thanks to employee Tarsha, I will definitely be back. I try to make a point to acknowledge hard working employees who go out of their way to treat customers with kindness no matter how stressful their job is.

Told them about my food allergy, they ignored me. Is this a brand-wide issue with Dunkin? When are you guys going to stop trying to kill me? Went to Burger King after getting my money back. They listen, get my order right the first time, and I get 2x the food for 1/2 the price. You couldn’t pay me to go back to Dunkin’ EVER again.

The place is disgusting. The outside is unkempt. The awning is filthy.
The grass/weeds look overgrown. It’s just a very dirty looking business. It has been this way for years. It’s an eyesore to the community. The employees were nice & efficient when I last went there. I no longer go and won’t until it is cleaned up.

Hey I wanted to say that the manager at the 340751 store she was very nice and sweet. I had been coming there for a while now and the crew had showed me so much love. But the other lady April James was very rude and nasty on how she talked to everyone in the store on Friday and Saturday. Then she had stayed that the manager I think her name is Keisha was on her 3rd Strike and that she was going to be Fired because she wasn’t doing her job with the inventory and that’s why she doesn’t have anything in her store and she always coming in late and never show up for her Shift and always on her phone and how she doesn’t come in on Saturday but I see she wasn’t there today so I didn’t go in. But she is normally there on Saturday cause I just like her vibe and how she is with her crew. But over all she is very sweet and nice and I don’t think she should lose her job for doing the right thing she is a very hard working mother. Thank again a value customer

I’ve given them a chance every 6 months or so, hoping it has changed because it’s a convenient location for me, but no such luck. Bad experience every time. Bad attitudes, bad service, decrepit and dirty building. I continue to be surprised that Duncan Donuts lets this location be so consistently bad in every aspect.

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts almost everyday. Right before work and I order nearly the exact thing. 3 medium iced lattes. All with an extra shot of espresso. Every time it’s a different price. And the last time they charged me $29!! When it should only be $18. I questioned why. And they said it’s just the price. They offered for me to speak to a manager and the manager didn’t come to the window a random employee posing as a manager came and said the same thing. That’s just the price. But the day before it was only $18??! I refused to pay and left. What’s really going on? They tried to scam the wrong girl. Check your receipts people. And don’t even get me started on the fact that they are incapable of making an iced latte the right way. I pay for extra espresso and all I get is brown milk. I’ll never go back to dunkin. I’m now a loyal Starbucks customer. At least they are professional and have consistency in the way they make their coffees.

Fist time going to this location this morning. The lobby was closed and drive thru was backed up. I waited in line for about 10 min before getting the the menu. I was asked to wait for a moment before ordering. When I did and pulled around to the window I discovered that a woman was the only worker this morning. She was making drinks, food, taking orders, and cashing out all by herself. I felt so bad for her because others were getting inpatient with her. She was VERY respectful and professional! 10/10 service
