We ordered 3 meals and spent $30.. they didn’t add any ice to our drinks.. we asked for honey for our biscuits and got none. And we also ordered mashed potatoes with no gravy and they both had so much gravy it was more gravy than potatoes. When I tried to call I called 5 times and only got voicemail.

We need to visit budget car rental office as was facing some issue in the car while coming back to Bentonville from chicago. Saw kfc near the place and thought of ordering food. We have ordered biscuit l, juice and sweet corn for our kid but he didn’t like that May be he is not in the mode to eat , so we ate it and it tastes good. He likes sweet corn with some salt and they were without salt so may be that’s why he refused. Please ask them about salty one if you like it that way or grab some salt from the store as we were unaware about this.

I just ordered half original and half crispy.
The original was very salty, over cooked and old. In all my years this was the worst KFC had in my 50 plus years of enjoying it.

Ordered online and ordered the Diuble Down. Thought I was going to ket the sandwich: two chicken breasts with the cheese, sauce, and bacon. Instead I get it made with four tenders. If they were out and told me when I arrived, or if they had to cook more chicken, I would’ve understood, however they told me nothing.

Went through drive thru. I can sense a lot of attitude from the person speaking through the intercom. We got the 20 dollar family meal. 7pc chicken 4 biscuits and two mashed potatoes. I asked could we swap sides. She rudely responded with no. We pull up to window. Lady at window seemed nice. I asked her if I could swap sides. She politely respectfully said she couldn’t due to it being a special. No problem. We get our bag of food and go home. Of course the biscuits are missing. I call the store. Person that was on intercom answered the phone. I told her what was missing. She asked if I was willing to come back up for replacement. I asked her will I be getting a new meal she said no just the biscuits. I told her to door dash the biscuits to me then because why should I waste my gas going back up there for their mistake. She told me no that I can call back to speak to management on Monday. But our food is wrong NOW. Told her I wanted refund and I’ll be up there. I get up there. Doors are locked. She yelling go through drive thru. I pulled up to front window. She starts yelling, I start yelling. She threatens to call police. All I want is my refund for their mistake. Mary comes to the window to speak to me. She’s polite and nice. The other girl told her to come back in. I waited until the cars in drive thru moved on. Attitude girl comes to window. I hand her my receipt so I can get my refund. Cook walks up. Nice guy. He spoke to me with respect. I spoke to him with respect and explained to him why I was so upset. It’s the attitude this girl has. She has no respect for people. She doesn’t know what customer service is. It’s all about tone and words. I do t know what kind of day she was having nor do I care. I paid for something I should receive it. If not give me my money back. The cook and I had a great understanding. I don’t give a crap about 4 biscuits. I do care about how I’m being spoken to. So if she wants to have attitude for no reason then she will get attitude right back. I left without receiving a thing. The lady still has my receipt. Total was 22.07 I believe. I leave for work Sunday but will be back Tuesday. I expect to receive my money when I return. Management can reach out to me to rectify this situation.

The attitude you get from them when they get an order wrong 3 times in a row is ridiculous. The girl said she wasn’t’ going to be disrespected when I told her she got my order wrong and commenced to tell me what I ordered even though she was wrong. They got 3 orders in front of me wrong also. I’ll go to Caseyville KFC before I ever visit the Collinsville KFC again.
