Ordered 5 pizzas for delivery and all 5 had issues. Between burned pizzas and huge bubbles all over, they are almost inedible. Also ordered marinara cups, and these were not delivered. The bubbly pizza has been a recurring problem for several orders at this point. I contacted both the local store, who said I could come to the store and get new pizzas (after waiting 45 minutes), and corporate. Hopefully I get a refund this time.

Believe every review that is posted here today is January 9 purchased my food around 4:46 PM. The only thing that was pleasantly made was the 16 piece garlic, knots everything else dry, burnt, and lacking cheese and sauce. Take a look at the video you’ll be the judge. Do not recommend they need to put new management and team members in place with what they care they got, they don’t care.

What a waste of $25. Never again! I’ll take that money and next time go to a local pizzeria. I did not receive my dipping sauce either I paid for!! It’s only because other places were closed but never again!

I went back and read other reviews about this location and they are not good. Google is lying with the three star rating. The health department should pop up on this location.
When I got to the store, I walked in, and observed two Caucasian guys working; one stocky, chubby guy was making the pizzas, placing toppings WITHOUT GLOVES. The other guy appeared older. As he handed me my order, I NOTICED HIS ENTIRE FACE AND NECK WAS AFFECTED WITH LARGE NODULES OR HUGH BUMPS/WARTS As he handed me the pizzas, he scratched his face where one of the big nodules was located. The poor guy appeared very unhealthy and he’s handling food. I think restaurants should toughen their rules and standards bc too many diseases/sickness gets spread. The cooks, chefs, food prep workers etc. need to be tested for diseases before being allowed to handle peoples food. EVERY RESTAURANT NEEDS CAMERAS FROM EVERY ANGLE NEAR THE FOOD PREP STATIONS. Having someone work around food with big nodules etc on the face and neck is unsafe, not to mention the MAN PREPARING THE PIZZAS WERE NOT WEARING GLOVES. I said thanks, took the food and trashed the entire order.

Find another Dominos to go to!!!!! Customer service here is a -0… my 73-year-old mother was picking up a Pizza and when she got there, the pizza was not what she asked for. It was very dry with hardly any sauce and when she said something to them about it, two young ladies in there told her they could not remake the pizza. How is this customer service? They told her they could just refund the money back instead of making her a new pizza so again, how is that pleasing your customer? Mind you I had just had an amazing experience with Pizza Hut where there was one thing wrong with my Pizza and the manager immediately told me don’t worry about it and she remade the pizza with no questions asked. That is amazing customer service!!!! The young ladies inside of this Dominos on Highway 124 were very nasty to my mother and did not care to please the customer and when they heard me go off over the phone they snapped on my mom saying we can’t serve an irate customer mind you I’m not the customer my mother was. I was upset about how they were handling her so again not worth spending your money at this place please find another Dominos to spend your money at…TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. Ordered 2 pizzas 15 mins before closing for carry out, I showed up 4 mins after ordering and they had canceled my order as soon as I pulled up. They had already locked their door and other people were waiting outside for their pizzas. You can see the workers inside pulling pizzas out of the oven most likely making them for themselves and ignoring the customers outside.

Just spent $60 ordering 3 medium pizzas for delivery which is fine as we order from them often, but today the pizzas were the size of my hand, certainly not the normal medium size even though the box(which is obviously a new style/design) says medium. Called the store and they told me it’s smaller because the dough was probably fresh which caused it to shink in the oven and that they haven’t changed their sizing like please! The box was obviously tiny as well. Wont be ordering again

After years of buying pizza from dominos I think I have defiantly come to a decision of not spending my hard earned money with them anymore. I ordered a few pizzas from them last night and was not happy with the specialty pizza ordered it was supposed to be a bbq sausage pizza half with green peppers and onions. well I got about 3 slices with the added veggie and no sausage which was paid for. the pizza was very dry as there was hardly any bbq sauce also the crust was very fat with hardly any cheese stuffing and the actual pizza that was supposed to have all the paid toppings was the fattest I’ve ever seen and I mean flatter than ny style pizza. I have photos and videos of this mess of a pizza. I called and spoke to a manager who was not very pleasant and just talked over me the whole time. she thwn said I would need to speak to her manager because it’s a franchise business. smh I offered to bring her the pizza or send the video and photos which clearly show everything I stated she was beyond rude and I asked what day do I call to speak to her manager and she said she didn’t no. sooooo irritated in a world where everything is already expensive I expect to spend my money and at least get what I pay for. mind you I order from them almost every week with no issues. I mind as well go to Stevie bs or anywhere else at least I will get good service. this is terrible. I wish the real manager would reach out to me so we could fix the issue. I’m not even asking for my money back I just wanted what I paid for. why charge extra for toppings and not put them on the pizza and whoever made my pizza had to have been new. the two cheese pizzas were perfect. I really can not make this up the specialty pizza was so thin you could barely pick it up.

Ordered pizza tipped well opened pizza box pure trash was waiting in there. If you want to be ripped offamd eat cold nasty pizza eat here.
