So it’s Saturday and 2 pm, I pull up to the drive thru with NOBODY in line, I get told they’ll be right with me. After 3 or 4 mins a young man comes on very low voice and sounded very bored with his job, so I ask for 3 raspberry watermelon refreshers, his response we don’t have that. So I order the strawberry dragon fruit, again we don’t have that. So I ask him if they have the strawberry coolata, WE DONT HAVE THAT! WHAT? what do you have? Makes no sense and he just stays silent, so I pull up to the window to speak with manager and sit there for 2 minutes and NOBODY is in the place or came to the window, pics posted! Whoever the owner of this franchise is, I made a review on this dd a year or 2 ago and nothing has improved! I suggest you wipe out your staff and hire all new because your staff is DEFINITELY losing you business!

Would love to visit more but pretty slow service, seemed not much interested in customers and pretty hot in there. Maybe they haven’t gotten to learn the Florida trick to cover huge windows with curtains or shade..it would really make a difference I think

Always have my food ready when I show up after mobile ordering. They sometimes will run out of something or miss a mod but they can get through a line quickly most days which is the important thing.

I come here because it’s around the corner of my house but Jesus they are the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. Regardless of time of day, they are guaranteed to not have a simple staple, like glazed donuts (at 10 am) or blueberry muffins (at 930). Whoever manages their inventory does not understand supply and demand.

Dunkin’ is Dunkin’ the only variable being the staff. I only ever get iced coffee here but I always feel confident it’s going to be properly made and taste good. I do my own sweetener so that’s under control but I rely on them for the basic drink and cream. In my numerous visits I have not been disappointed. Thx guys.
