Just Rude and immature kid (Male-Caucasian) at the drive-thru. & (Famale- Black Chik). Had to ask for extra bacon and got attitude… I would have not mind paying the extra but I had already paid almost $6 for my avocado toast. And when I asked for my drink I got at least 3 oz of caramel in my drink.

This is the worse dunkin ive ever been to. Went inside and stood at the register for 5 min, not one employee noticed. Then went through drive through and the customer service is non existent; can barely even tell if they hear you or not because they dont reply. To top it off, they dont fill the drinks all the way to the top (about an inch was left off the top of both drinks) and they didnt even make them right. Absolute trash dunkin with even trashier employees. Will never be returning. Avoid if you can.

I live near by and the only reason I keep coming to this store is bc there is no other one near by. The service is ALWAYS awful. The orders are ALWAYS either missing something or all around not right. The women who work at this place are simply horrible at customer service they treat people like we owe them something. Men are mediocre at best. Is like a whole nest of bad vibes 24/7. No matter what time you come to this place is always the same.

The worst!!!!!! Bad service, burnt food, missing items, ordered large coffee and the cup was only filled 1 in from the bottom and was very cold, rude and disrespectful staff, they answer the phone saying hello. I didn’t even know it was the right #. When I asked to speak to a manager she said there isn’t one. I asked to leave a message and she only took my 1st name when I asked if she wanted my # she hung up.

It always depends on what day you go sometimes they’re good and have good customer service and no problems. But today I waited five minutes for someone to even answer on the drive-thru speaker and then they didn’t even apologize for me waiting, I would have let that go but then they didn’t have any juices, so they gave me a chocolate milk that is 6 days expired are you trying to get me sick? I tried calling no one answered so I’m putting this review on here.

Extremely unpleasant management. I was rushed thru the drive thru. Why I don’t know ? No body behind me at 11:30 am. When I finally recieve my order my coffee was cold. I asked for a warm one. Manager comes to the window and rudely asked what we were waiting for. We’re waiting for our order… Duh. No more $$$ from my fam.

This used to be my spot until today at 7:24am when I went to get my little girl her treat for last day of school and they had a RUDE, NASTY, DISRESPECTFUL cashier named Cheyenne, she got so upset just because I ask to add a small ice coffee to my order. She started making comments and dropping F BOOMS infront of my little girl. I requested the manager and I was informed that there was no fing manager by Cheyenne while she laughed and said have a fing Christmas. I called the phone number on the receipt but it’s not working phone number and when I called corporate they said that unfortunately all DD are owner privately all they can do is send a email to the management team!
