They make my coffee perfect EVERYTIME! Only reason it gets 4 and not 5 cause the older man that works there is rude as hell. If you don’t want to work with customers then don’t work in customer service. I smile and say thank you ever single time and he clearly ignores me….every single time. It’s WEIRD. The woman that works the drive thru at 6am is a queen tho and we love her down

I just came from this Dunkin Donuts and the amount of disrespect these young people show amazes me! I was the only one in line, no one answered at the drive thru and then when you drive to the front and ask are you serving it was the smirk the young man had. Listen you never know who you are serving, I’m nobody but you have to remember companies send out people to see how you treat their store, and customers. DO BETTER!

I hate to say this, but you gotta watch this location. They don’t always give you back all your change if you pay with cash. At least one employee will “miss” your hand during busy hours and drop the change on the ground in between the building and your car, where it is impossible for you to open your door and grab. If you let them know you’d like your change, they get mad as if you’re the one making a big deal about wanting your hard-earned money. Then, when you check the receipt, you’ll find that the employee never even gave you the full amount to begin with. Every penny adds up, just like every happy customer will keep you in business.

I was ordered medium iced latte no ice and they give me half cup of latte, so I asked window guy to why you give me only half cup latte and they said it’s corporate rule that’s why.

I made an “on the go” order to try out the new salted caramel cold brew as well as the chocolate croissant. The salted caramel cold brew did not have any foam when I received it 3 minutes after I put in my online order. As far as the chocolate croissant, I took a single bite on both sides to see how much chocolate there was and it was almost non-existent.
I had a similar issue with this location during the Valentine’s Day brownie batter donuts where there was almost no brownie batter thinking that was just how things were done, but went to three other locations where it was filled almost to the brim with brownie batter. I don’t think this is how you keep a business.

I’ll give it a 4 overall since it’s usually my go-to if I’m rushed for time. Their refreshers are alright: just what you’d expect artificially flavored drinks to taste like, but still a good drink if you wanna feel like you’re getting an injection full of liquid syrup into your veins.
Service is a 10/10: The manager was really kind, and the employees were so nice. Honestly surprised because Dunkin employees deal with a lot of shitty people.
Overall place is also nice and clean.
