Ralph was the manager on shift and Kathy took are order. They both had great customer service as all the staff did. We aren’t from here and dont have a Fazolis. So everytime we come to Omaha we always have 2 stop. Thanks for a great experience!!

I’ve always had great service at this location. For example, I placed an online order and received a confirmation, but I didn’t see that a few minutes later I received an email saying there was a technical glitch and my order wasn’t processed. When I got to the store, they had no record of the order. Lucas, the manager, took care of it and I was quickly on my way home with dinner.

Every ship needs a captain, and every Fazoli’s needs one too. A Valentine’s Day dinner usually has intimidating lines accompanied by a long wait for your food. However, we were greeted by the manager, named Lucas, who was quick, concise, and ensured Fazoli’s dining standards were upheld amidst the bustling crowd. Lucas ran the Fazoli’s more efficiently than the US Navy in an offshore nuclear crisis. Breadstick refills hit our tables faster than a torpedo, and we were thoroughly impressed. 10/10 experience. Will come back.
