3 People working nobody at the drive thru it was 8pm. Waited 5 min, and no one took my order. Drove around, went inside, and no one came to the front. Walked towards the pickup side of the counter, and they were there cleaning. Asked if they were open, and the guy was nice enough and said yes. So I asked for an ice coffee with 3 creamers, no sugar, and 2 pumps of mocha. What I got was a dark chocolate ice coffee. I asked the guy who served me how many pumps of mocha did the girl who made the coffee put and she said what was written on the cup. He said, “But how many ? She said again what’s on the cup, I told him that it’s way too dark for just 2 pumps, and she said I put what’s on the cup.. then she didn’t even want to serve me the 2 Boston cream donuts that he asked her to get for me.. I waited 15 minutes for the dang coffee and donuts… mind you, I was the only one in that store……. and it’s not like they were cooking something for me.. they really left an impression of poor customer service and straight-up laziness

I recently visited the store and had one of the best experiences largely thanks to Barb. As I waited for my order I saw her training another employee and she was so kind. When my order was ready she handed it to me with a smile and complimented my hair. Now that’s customer service with a side of latte!

Terrible dine-in customer service. Excluding the brand new cashier guy, the order throughput was interrupted when breakfast rush came through and their expo failed to maintain flow. Patiently waiting for six items (two drinks and four food items), we were given one then as guests and cars left, the rest of our order never was fulfilled. The GM was sitting behind interviewing while the chaos ensued in front of her. When engaged the expo for a status on the order, the receipt was taken and minutes later still no new items appeared.

I was in line for more than 15 minutes. Because this Dunkin’ decided to only help one car at a time. They would take one cars order and then give them their food before taking the next cars order. There were more than enough workers inside. I was running early to work, and ended up being late.

Dunkin as a whole seems to be on a downward spiral in my option. The donuts don’t taste fresh any longer. On this particular visit, our sandwiches were made incorrectly, and the tables could have been wiped off.

I’m over this place. They locked the door during normal business hours to deal with drive thru. The drive thru line is backed up. Corporate needs to take a real hard look into this store…Not good. I went across the street to Wa Wa and im so glad I did. My new coffee spot..Bye Bye Dunkin!!!
