I went for two coffee horrible taste and they did not get the order right! I mean come on, it’s coffee. This place is always terrible, yet I go hoping it will be different because uts right around the corner. Also, a women shared that some guy tried to rip her off because she was an old lady. Please dunkin can you hire people that care, maybe pay better salaries or something. Because there is zero customer service and the coffee is terrible.

I use to love coming here because I noticed how this Dunkin is well ran by the owner and he has pretty good coffee Vs. All the other Dunkin’s in the area but now when I get an order it’s just a cup of milk. When I bring it to the afternoon staff attention (I go around 3:30/4pm), she is just unkind to me about the order being wrong says that is just how it is. Told me to order extra espresso the next time so Ive been doing what she said and ordering more espresso and it still looks the same as if they forgot the extra espresso, as if they forgot any espresso. So I said something again after I did what she told me to do and she said the same thing that’s what a large ice latte is, it just has two shots and I put it in the machine and that’s what comes out but why during the AM hours my coffee is always perfect?? I just never have any issues only when she does my order. The drink is literally white not even tan. Espresso should be a nice tan. When going during AM and the manager is there I have never had a problem really if my order was wrong which might have happened 1 time esp in the last two years I’ve been going to this Dunkin. Really nice guy the owner and has fixed it for me.

I bought coffee by drive trhu. Then, I entered to the store to work in my computer and when I try to use the restroom the person said that are not working. few minutes ago, two ladies used the restroom that apparently was denied for me. I think that the staff’s thoughts that I am not a consumer. but definetely is a not nice attitude from them. Denied the uses of restroom that is functioning is a bad and not human conduct. I will not return to this store and a will talk with all person that I know that dont buy nothing there.

Let’s start off by saying, I was an employee here…. WORSE PLACE TO WORK AT AND TO EAT AT!!! The owner which is named “JEFF” is the most unorganized person I’ve worked with like I really don’t understand how he’s the owner when he’s even disrespectful to customers and he lets his employees that’s been there for years disrespect his customers because he’s afraid of firing them and that’s the TRUTH !!! They touch the food with their hands, barley clean up some days, everybody has an attitude problem, HE EVEN CHANGES THE PRICES OF THE ITEMS ON THE MENU and everybody wonders why there order is pricey one day and normal another like it’s really RIDICULOUS !!! So if you think about coming to work here or even eat…. SAVE YOUR TIME toooooo much drama and everything is unprofessional !!!!

This place is 20pct more than others around the area. I went this morning and it was $3.70 for my XL coffee, and it was $3.30 yesterday. $3.10 down the rd by 6th and Dixie. The owner lives in my building and has a Porsche and a v8 corvette… guy is charging 20pct more than everyone else.

Most Dunkin’s at around 9pm turn me down when I ask for decaf. Not here when I ask they took my order and when I got to the window lady says we’re brewing up a fresh pot for you 🙂 I was surprised but not too surprised because this location employees are pretty great.
