This location is so nasty. Please get a cleaning crew! It’s like they don’t own a broom and a mop – dirt, leftover food and miscellaneous garbage all over the floors. Tables all pushed to one side and aren’t wiped off. The staff is not friendly either, seemed very annoyed with customers. I had a pick up order and was told they didn’t have any orders come in, I then pointed to my receipt from the printer next to their register and said YES I have an order, that’s mine (among 3 other receipts). Very unfortunate, will not be back.

Poor experience with online ordering. One of the bagel flavors was incorrect and each bagel was listed on the ticket as no side double egg, so each bagel had 2 eggs. They were a little more messy than usual because of this.

Always good food. Staff is almost always friendly, understanding of special orders and helpful. Big, clean store that is connected to a Caribou Coffee shop on the inside. Outdoor seating available too. Is often busy, but line moves quick, when it is.

Where is the cream cheese? I usually have a great experience here but today was just terrible. The bagel was way undercooked and there was no cream cheese on my bagel (Barely any! See pic). They were also “all out” of light garden veggie so I ordered light herb cream cheese instead. Just sad.

We waited over 45 minutes because we love the bagels so much! We realize the current staffing issues but maybe a better system would help move things along. I feel for the employees too. If one person could be dedicated to check out, making eggs etc. and the rest to assembling sandwiches for example. Or turning off mobile orders when there are long lines in store or at least Saturday mornings.
