The staff was friendly and they got my order correct. I can’t have tomato sauce on my pizza, and sometimes pizza places get this wrong. I ordered much earlier in the day, and it was warm and ready by the time I went to pick it up.

So i am giving 4 stars because at least your manager had the balls to tell me the truth. Why give rewards “free pizza” and stick the manager in a position to have to tell a customer tough luck we dont take the rewards at our location. As a retired general manager and district manager I find this incredulous. That young man had to stop and tell me that he just couldn’t help me. I could hear it in his voice it wasn’t the first time. We still ordered, but definitely a let down. So you get all of my personal info on the promise of a deal. Then and this is the reason I am angry, you stick a young manager in a situation where he or her cant win. Thats great store support.

Manager was very rude!! I had my order delivered, was only going to be 30 mins. Once it reached almost an hour I checked the tracker. It said it had been delivered. When I opened my front door, our order was on the porch… with flys flying around it!! NO ONE even knocked on the door to let us know. I called them and as im telling the manager this, he cuts me off and tells me he doesn’t know why his driver didnt knock. He was beyond rude and didnt care one bit about what I had to say. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TI.E I EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Heather and her team were so awesome yesterday!! We had a 7 year old birthday party at the pool and heathers team provided all the food. We did a timed order from the Milford store and we arrived a few minutes early and they had everything hot and ready for us. It really made for a great day. They provided appetizers, sandwiches a variety of pizzas and of course we had to have brownies. We will definitely use them in the future!!

These guys blew me away my food was awesome and on time. Everybody was super nice and attentive. Nobody was on their phone ignoring me. It’s my new favorite. switch from a place I’ve been going to 2 times a week and it seems like they don’t want me there. They burned my last 3 pizzas I don’t even know what I did to them. Im a good customer always tip never complain but 3 times in a row? Then they have been staring at phones or computers and ignoring me standing at the counter. Thanks for taking care of me here. I’ll try not to bother you too much. Once a week is probably healthier anyway.
