Horrible experience. Manager was yelling at me for complaining that I was getting a cup of milk instead of the matcha latte I was paying $6 for! These horrible people were trying to charge me $.50 for each spoon of matcha powder if I was not satisfied we with what they were giving me. What?! This is the only location in Florida where I was asked more money to fix a drink they made wrong in first place. I asked for the owner and they told me to go away. If anyone is listen please stay away from this location.

Horrible the service is horrible . They all in there standing around talking . The line is long as hell. They don’t know what they doing at the register when I ask a question they speaking to each other on Spanish. They not honoring the points. This locations needs to be closed. Giving DD a bad look think it’s time to go back to Starbucks.. where the coffee is more expensive but the service is better like Winn-Dixie VS Publix ‼️ That lady Marielle she’s very rude and the absolute worst she rather throw the coffee away than assist a long time customer. It’s not my fault your system is having issues . I go to this establishment every morning before work. I’m done.

I would not reccomend anyone use this dunkin donut location. I purchased a large latte with no ice and the handded me a half empty cup. As i was receiving the half filled cup. They stated that everything is measured. I dont understand. They cant see that the cup i was receiving i half filled. They refused to fill it. Since i was late for an appointment i didn’t have time to argue. So i just took my half filled cup and left. This is to inform everyone that this dunkin location is ripping off their customers. Ive been a long time customer of dunkin, this is unacceptable. I wish i could provide a picture. Im not happy with the whole situation.

They close an hour earlier than what is posted here or on their windows, 3pm instead of 4pm on Sunday, and they let you know that with an attitude! And won’t hesitate to close the window to your face.
