Bad service! They expect you to do mobile orders hours ahead. They all complain about doing their job. You basically can’t go after 6 because they will complain. Mind you, I only order a coffee. An employee, complained that I would go everyday. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Employees obviously can’t count past 6 I order a coffee with 6 cream and 11 liquid sugars and it’s never sweet enough my wife orders a coffee that has 8 cream 6 liquid sugar 5 French vanilla and 2 espresso shots and it never tastes right like as if they aren’t putting the espresso in or putting to much of something else I mean it’s coffee how hard is it to make a cup of coffee this locations employees are rude and want to argue with you when I tell them ur coffee isn’t correct and that I order this every morning and know how it’s supposed to taste

Horrible!!! They didn’t have anything and got my order WRONG! And extremely rude… To the point where I almost wanted to record them and call corporate just to let them review the image and the rudeness. And it was every customer I noticed were upset and another took off from being in line fast. I was only parked for 10 minutes watching this craziness go on. I ended up just throwing my coffee away along with my 3 other friends. We still payed and told them to have a blessed day. The lady just rolled her eyes…. So sad that people like this are working hands on with customers. I will never go back to that Dunkin Donuts.
