Stumbled upon this place in Clewiston on a late night while traveling for work. This place was perfect for a quiet good night’s sleep.
There was barely anyone there. The staff was amazing, & they even have an old lounge where tou can have drinks & learn the history of the Hotel.

This Dunkin Donuts is unprofessional.. Workers rude clueless. I come daily and usually the DriveThru is closed no sign no nothing they leave customers on a daily in the drive through waiting 10 minutes plus no sign no nothing.. The workers are inside and don’t communicate with customers. This has personally happened to me over 15 times this year this morning on 1/8/25 this happened where I’m in Drivevthru for over ten minutes waiting no one answered nor said anything. I finally realized what was going on came inside and the workers said no one has on a headset.. and they were short staff. I was visibly upset being a professional woman knowing the games these workers are playing & continue to play. One worker said to me you must be upset I responded and said of course this Dunkin Donuts is the most unprofessional business! There’s no manager around no one stepping up instead the workers all say it has nothing to do sign them and deny accountability and this has been going on a very long time…They can careless about drive thru customers! There were so many times I had to literally sit and drivethru and call to see if they’re were opened knowing they were open… they do what they want here and there’s no accountability. Instead the deflect and gaslight customers.

This store is attached to a gas station and the inside is old and run down, front door windows look like they are never cleaned last 4 times i went over 4 months,got a drive thru, food and drinks were good, just needs cleaned up,but considering were its at might not happen.

If you want to get Good customer service please go in the morning. Don’t ever go after 11 o’clock. It is horrible. They tell you they don’t take orders over the intercom because they’re doing shift change. That is so ridiculous. How do you as a business expect to make money. They are very rude very nasty and intentionally do not answer!

By far the worst service for Dunkin’! Some stuff is not friendly at all.
If you complain about their product ( e.g., coffee is not hot), blame will immediately come to customers.
Drive-throw has had worse service recently. You may spend a long time in your car waiting without hearing anything from staff. Then, blame will be directed at you!
Please train your employees!

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!! This place is still by far hands down the worse dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to the staff just stands there will one person takes orders cashes you out then makes the order one order at a time mean while the other employees just back there having a good time no helping no one no matter how long the line gets. This location has poor management if they have any at all the store is disgusting and dirty also has a weird smell that over powers the coffee smell someone from corporate really needs to look into the store.
