Never go to this Domino’s! If you need to pay in cash They let the guy in front of me pay with cash. When was my term to pay in cash! They said they couldn’t accept $100 even though I just watched them except over $100 in cash so they had more than enough change for it. Now then plus the staff was extremely rude! They were fine with me leaving the pizza there to be thrown away instead of letting me pay cash for it!

Ordered a meatzza with Bacon,Philly meat, pepperoni and beef, I was delivered a pepperoni with mushrooms and I’m allergic to mushrooms. The rest of my $60 order was correct except for the burnt bacon on the 12 piece sweet bbq bacon chicken. The person answering the phone seemed high or inebriated, they couldn’t understand that they gave me someone else’s pizza.

This isn’t the first time our order have been messed up we just tried to move on but this time we couldn’t remain quiet. In the past the pasta bread bowl was too small like smaller then normal, we have had no seasoning on the bread bowl, no icing with the cinnamon knots, and finally I don’t know if there is a cheese shortage at this location but I have no idea how you completely forget to put cheese on the bread bowl like not even a little bit we tried to call both myself and my wife no answer at all. We are extremely disappointed in our order and the service we have received from this location. 0/10 we do not recommend.

We went in tonight to get a sandwich and a chicken Alfredo bowl, told us 15 minutes. We walked over to Food City, came back 20 minutes later to my husband’s sandwich being done, but my pasta bowl was “given away to someone else”. First I want to say Will and Kelsey were VERY nice and courteous, however Lexi was as unprofessional of a “person in charge” that I’ve ever met in my life. She was rude about the entire situation, ask if we “just want a refund”, but we said we were hungry and she didn’t even try to handle this as it should have been, she went into the back and NEVER came back to the front, leaving the other two, who were awesome, to deal with me and my husband both being upset. I will be calling corporate tomorrow on Lexi, worst “person in charge” EVER!

No matter how specific you are with your order, these people that work at this place just can’t seem to get it. 6 orders in a row over the past few weeks and they STILL cannot understand basic instructions/details. And then do not care if it’s a problem. This is the WORST Domino’s in Hixson. Go the extra mile or two (ish) down the road to the other Domino’s and hope for the best.

I just wanted to say that this Dominoes is a delight to planet Earth. The only type of person that wouldn’t like the service, are people named Tina with a last name like Britton or something. If someone like that came through, I’d be tempted to “give her bowl to someone else”, and walk to the back and make her wait on “said bowl” until she was so mad she writes a paragraph long bad review on Google. – 5 Stars

Eureka! Thank you Domino’s Pizza. Just had your New York crust, I didn’t know about it. Well, it was delicious, thin, crisp yet chewy and cooked all the way through. Called to order 2 large pizzas. Was left on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up. Called back. Immediately placed on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up tried again. Immediately placed on hold for another 10 minutes. I can’t rate the pizza. He kept me on hold. According to my husband, there was 1 person working. I don’t blame him. I blame the owners of this franchise. Shame on you. Will not order from this location again.
