The same donuts etc. but in a gas station on Okeechobee Blvd. Service was slow because the wife of the owner had to stop reading to assist me. Each donut cost $1.59 I guess because 4 of them cost about $6.40. Not a clean or inviting atmosphere.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Got in my car ready to leave and decided to look at my bagel, no cream cheese. No biggie, walk inside and let the lady know and she’s arguing with me swearing she did. She then asks to see the bagel. Lady, why the hell would I lie about cream cheese? Had to go to the car & get my bagel & show her the absence of cream cheese & clear my name as the cream cheese bandit. Would not recommend.

Some food had been there awhile. Cold and hard. Ice cream machine needs a good cleaning didn’t use and not sure it worked. Bathrooms dirty. Not real friendly staff. Disappointed.

I work at a nice restaurant at a well known local hotel. At the bar we also have a huge commercial size espresso machine where we serve all Starbucks coffee beverages. I can get drinks here free if I wanted, but the customer service and beverage quality is so excellent at this Dunkin’ Donuts that I buy my drinks there instead. Keep up the good work!

Awful. Ordered curbside. Waited outside for 15 min before finally grabbing my daughter and going inside. There was no one there and when I finally saw her, I noticed my drink sitting on the counter as a pick up…. Not curbside. I wasn’t happy and told her I’ve been waiting outside for 15 min. She yelled at me as I was walking out the door. Not only that but my order was wrong. I ordered an ice coffee with 4 caramel swirls and 3 creams. I got 3 of each and sugar. I didn’t want sugar! I wanted what I ordered. Dunkin is extremely inconsistent. Awful experience.

I stopped going but it is the only Dunkin on my way to work. Placed an online order got there and items were missing and made wrong. So instead of making me a new large drink they just added ice and put it in a bigger cup, as well as the bagel I ordered had a bit of cream cheese on it. Not worth the money.

Horrible experience. I wanted to order a medium coffee. I was the only person there. I asked the would he take my order since he looked like he was doing nothing. He said he was fixing a sandwich for a customer who just went outside. He put the bread in the oven and held the handle until the timer went off. During thoes few minutes when he felt the oven was going to come alive and walk out of the store and settle down in Starbucks he could have made me a cup of coffee.

Perhaps it was just bad timing… I went in to grab a quick donut and when I walked up, the worker guy said “I gotta go”. I stood there several minutes. This particular Dunkin Donuts shares it’s space in a gas station. If your looking to sit in a typical DD? Not for you! Think of it as an express one. Go in..go out! Parking okay if gas pumps aren’t full. It’s a last resort DD… Sorry, but there is much room for improvement here. The staff is hit or miss- depending on who’s working thay day. Last time I was there, the young girl who waited on me? Didn’t want to be there. And had no problem, letting you know it. Items on the typical menu- not available here…Drive to another!
