I go there normally to purchase donuts and other items for my daughters special needs class. Today the bill was $20. I had a $50 and he refused it. He said he wouldn’t accept the $50. I could understand if my bill was $5 but it was $20. Needless to say, The kids and the teacher did not get there donuts. So my daughter was late to school to still arrive empty handed, all for no reason. Now I need to find a new donut shop to bring to the teachers and students..

The male staff here on opening shift is very rude. There is no greeting just a what are you going to order. Then they always proceed to rush you with an attitude like the store is busy. The lobby and the drive thru where completely dead. When someone asks for a second to look at the menu they dont literally mean 1 second. The attitude and rushing to not even have all the items you order in your bag. Sorry dunkin but I will take my business elsewhere due to these 2 male staff. White male and Hispanic male with a beard.

This place used to be my go to, not anymore. I used to brag that they were so efficient, friendly and my coffee order was always perfect. Not anymore…they have a young staff of people who have no idea what they are doing. There is only one lady there who has any personality and genuinely cares about customers. Wish I could remember her name. She has short hair and tattoos, she is the only reason I went back to give it another chance. The service sucks, and so does the ccoffee.

Not going back there again I literally went to the drive-through and I use my debit card and the machine was asking if I want to give a tip? a tip for what for doing your job. This tipping stuff is getting out of hand, pay your workers Dunkin’ Donuts instead of guilting the customers
