My husband and I stopped at the Front Royal, VA restaurant and were greeted by smiling faces as soon as we walked in. The two ladies in the front were filling in from the Woodstock restaurant. They both had such great personalities. Very friendly and full of energy. The young man cleaning the dining room said he has worked there for about 6 years and he too was very friendly and personable. In addition, the food was fresh and tasty.
Before leaving I felt it necessary to let them know that this was our best KFC experience in years and thanked them. I am terrible with remembering names and wish I could name each of them. I believe one of the ladies was Kimberly. This crew is exceptional.
I should also say that this was one of the cleanest restaurants and bathrooms I’ve seen. 5 stars all the way.

We stopped in the drive through last night after a a long day of moving. We ordered the 8 piece chicken bucket meal, but only received 6 pieces of chicken which included 4 legs, one breast, and one wing. Unfortunately, we were already home before we realized it. For what it cost, I’m not happy about being shorted. The only good thing about this visit was the gentleman handling the window.

Hi. I’d like to thank the nice window staff and manager at the 807 John Marshall Hwy Front Royal Virginia KFC for helping me out and being so generous tonight. I’d been at the hospital all day and was absolutely starving when I got the text offer of 12 nuggets for $4. It was just what I needed. But the store doesn’t have a digital bar scanner ( which is what came up). So I used points for a 5 nugget reward. When I was driving back to the hospital I found they had put more than the 5 nuggets in the bag. Saved me from a bout of hunger nausea and made me happy. Thanks all for the lift today. Miriam Bonk

Awful waited in drive through for 21 minutes exactly before get my 5 piece chicken tenders and fries. Well the fires were extremely salty and my chicken was soggy and drenched in grease to the point of breading just sliding off. Had to throw it away and go elsewhere. Do not eat here

This location used to be absolutely great when I was a kid, but it’s gone down hill. Constantly hearing, “we’re out of all chicken,” or occasionally “everything,” a lot of the times when we visit. We ordered online for pickup this time and it was the same, but do they have the decency to call and inform their customers, “sorry we won’t be able to do the [item] in your order,” or to that effect before they run all the way there? Nope. If you do that brisk of business that you run out regularly, maybe order more product to store in the coolers? And if you are out of “everything,” or anything for that matter, have the decency to call and inform the customer, that’s why our phone numbers are given. Better yet, just close for the day if you don’t have anything. Is it that hard? Doesn’t help they can’t even process refunds for orders sent to their own store, you have to contact the main office’s help lines. Hate to see this place go downhill, but it’ll become an absolute joke at this rate.

I don’t know how people eat at Kfc. I used to go to Kfc every once in a while but it’s been a long time. I got the 3 tender basket Nashville hot. Not spicy just soaked in grease and oil just terrible. Not satisfied with the meal the wife’s food looked the same. I don’t think I will ever go to eat at another Kfc in my life they is so much better food out there with less calories.

came through the drive thru an hour before they closed they said it’d be 15 minutes because they turned their fryers off waited 50 minutes for mashed potatoes and mashed potato bites they said they couldn’t do anything in the fryer and we had to wait another 10 for a substitute
