The early morning crew are a bunch of Rock stars. They get you in and out, don’t mess up your order and don’t look like they would rather die than be there. Good people, good service and it doesn’t put you in a bad mood first thing in the morning. Which is huge.

If you like Dunkin donuts food then this is a good place to go for breakfast sandwiches and donuts and coffee. Although I will say we ordered some food to the drive-thru, we ordered 2x avocado toast 2x bacon egg and cheese croissant and a tea. The man working the drive thru said this would take a while as if he was trying to get us to go away, it was my assumption that he just did not want to work. Then we added a multigrain bagel with bacon egg and cheese and the guy told us again that this was going to take even more time. It sounded like he was warning us or something about how long it would take and I’m fine waiting a few minutes for food that’s not a big deal. It’s a big turn-off and it makes me wonder if they make the food correct and with somewhat quality when you have people that talk to customers like that.

They don’t want your business, terrible customer service. I ordered a few food items and after every item the man said “yeah it’s gonna take a really long time for all that” and I said “that’s fine!” And I continued my order and he kept saying “it’s gonna take a really really long time for all that”….at that point I knew they just didn’t want to make it, ordered 3 bacons and two breakfast tacos….must’ve been too much for them to handle I guess

Horrible! I tried to put NO STARS for this meal and location but Google will not allow… My daughter warned me of the bad customer service and food quality, but today I was in a rush and was really craving the so called famous “Maple Bacon Egg Croissant” well I should have listened! Look at the picture 1 which was cool/warm not hot, had maybe one strip of old and small piece of bacon and dry to the taste. I will never go back there again. I came home and cooked my own bacon and added to this so called great breakfast sandwich. I paid $4.69 for this terrible food. If I can save you the hassles & listen to your instincts!!!

Nice selection of breakfast sandwiches. The hash browns were good but only about 6 in the bag. Friendly and fast staff. Clean mens room. Several customers park in the crosswalk.

Haven’t been to dunkin in a while and usually order a hazelnut swirl regular coffee. I asked for it here and the lady says “so you want a shot of hazelnut?” Yes but the swirl, the sweetened one. She says “we don’t do that here. If you want it sweet you add sugar that’s how it works” so I didn’t get a coffee bc I prefer the sweetened flavors. Come to find out hazelnut was discontinued and they do have other swirl flavors which I would’ve gotten had I known. Avocado toast was good but I was sad about the miscommunication with the coffee. I couldn’t see the flavors listed on the menu and she didn’t offer up any other information.
