Put a mobile order in made sure I was at least 3 mi away just to pull up to the place and have a bottom of the pot cold cup of coffee not to mention I had an espresso shot thrown in there and it’s still isn’t hot at all. Why do y’all do nonsense like this like we order coffee for the speed not the taste. Also this is common not only at this dunkin’ donuts but multiple locations I had to stir the sugar off the bottom of my cup. The sorry lady too just walking around slow as can be in there anyways today March 6th the time is 12:45 lunch time. Trash product trash employees trash attitudes trash quality. Also one of them restaurants that consistently put out trash products because they leave their phone off of the hook so you cannot call and confront the people who are currently working

Daughter and I stopped by on our way home. We were craving some Dunkin. When my daughter tried to get a bagel with cream cheese the worker abruptly said we don’t have it. So my daughter asked for something else and again with rude snappy attitude and again was told we don’t have it. I understand if you ran out but try being nice about it instead of rude. Worker should also be wearing a hair net. Not coming back to this Dunkin.

Nice selection of breakfast sandwiches. The hash browns were good but only about 6 in the bag. Friendly and fast staff. Clean mens room. Several customers park in the crosswalk.

Horrible! I tried to put NO STARS for this meal and location but Google will not allow… My daughter warned me of the bad customer service and food quality, but today I was in a rush and was really craving the so called famous “Maple Bacon Egg Croissant” well I should have listened! Look at the picture 1 which was cool/warm not hot, had maybe one strip of old and small piece of bacon and dry to the taste. I will never go back there again. I came home and cooked my own bacon and added to this so called great breakfast sandwich. I paid $4.69 for this terrible food. If I can save you the hassles & listen to your instincts!!!

It appeared the donuts were frozen because the top of each donut was wet. It took about 10 minutes to be recognized and order taken.
The atmosphere was not bright and cheerful but kinda gloomy in appearance.
