Ordered at the drive thru. Got an XL coffee and glazed blueberry donut. Didn’t look at the donut until I got home. A chunk of it was missing!! See the pic. It wasn’t worth driving the 4 miles to get it replaced. Someone had to know it was a “defective” donut when they put it in the bag. Also, the cup wasn’t exactly filled to the top. Plus, I had some coffee grounds at the bottom.

Slow, I’ve never seen someone count to 12 so slowly. Thankfully someone saw and pulled him off the register and it moved a little quicker. Unfortunately it’s the only one between home and the office.
An update, this morning (4/30/21) they had a staff of two! Incredibly slow, especially when there was only one actually working, the other young lady hiding in the corner playing with her phone! What is it with this location? I ordered online, took about 15 minutes to get there, and still had to wait an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes for the rest of my order, 2 iced coffees and a box of munchkins
Just went back this morning (12/16/22) and it’s worse! Not a single donut on the shelves (this was before 10am), no cappachino because they can’t foam milk, and then I was “Karened” by the manager for asking for my order! She started yelling and swearing at me when all I wanted was what I ordered! Calling me names, racist, and “bro”. All just for asking where is my iced coffee. I’ve been a lifelong Dunkin customer, but I’ll never set foot in that location until ownership does something about the staff, especially the manager!
Update from 12/7/23 went there for my typical iced coffee and a couple of donuts, got a jelly and a coconut. I swear they’ve gotten even worse! Look at the them in the pics I’ll post. A half passed coconut donut and what would you call a jelly donut with little to no jelly in it?

There coffee is really nice 🙂 I ordered iced americano and the taste was really good! And also glazed donuts always great. Service is really fast, and also great ! I recommend here to stop by.

Why is it that I place a order 20 mins ago and I go in and I’m still waiting to pick up my order. Than using the same gloves you are cash handling and making food. I will NOT be coming here. It wasn’t even busy at that. And I ask for a bagel cream cheese and got this bagel that’s extremely hard. Service needs to get better.

This is my neighborhood Dunkin and I am a coffee addict, so naturally, this place should be getting all of my business all of the time. Unfortunately, every time I have gone to this store, the staff has been extremely rude OR so uninterested in their job. It’s as if you are disturbing them by stopping by— I’m talking eye-rolling, huffing and puffing, and just a generally unwelcoming attitude, which is super unfortunate.
As far as food quality goes, a regular cup of coffee should be pretty basic but their coffee is weak. Donuts have been alright.
Lastly, let’s talk atmosphere— this store has been dealing with a knocked down pillar for quite some time, which is quite the eye sore because it give the impression that the place is run down… not to mention the super unsafe vibe from the sketchy parking lot. This is the second time I’ve ordered an Iced Macchiato (Large, Regular, Whole Milk, Caramel Swirl (4), with an extra shot of espresso $1.49, and less ice), and received it incorrectly. The same employee gave me a drink that was very light, as if it was missing both the standard amount of espresso and the extra shot I paid for. This is disappointing and makes me feel like I’m not getting what I ordered. If this continues, it may cost you a loyal customer.

Let me just tell you I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for months and these two same women have been there and they have no smile on their face no customer service just a very standoffish.
