General Misunderstanding
After getting off to a rocky start because my favorite Zaxby’s chips are not available if you walk in and order, only if you have the app and order them for whatever reason corporate thought that was a good idea, we experienced another bump in the road. Apparently, wings is now a word that can also mean nuggets. Wings and Things had to be sent back for traditional wings, actual chicken wings. Through all of this, those kind kids were helpful and nice. The Wings n Things was absolutely delicious and the 2 packs of 50cents each extra blue cheese was worth every discontinued penny. They were slammed with Sunday after church mobs and they handled it like professionals. Great staff and great cooks!!

I ordered a Big Zax snack meal and they left off the chicken. I went back, and they acted like I was a criminal, and I had to “thank them” for getting my meal correct. All of the employees looked at me like I had robbed them blind! This is ridiculous! I go to this place a lot, but I definitely will not recommend them to anyone.

I go to Zaxby’s extremely often, but usually the one on Cox Creek. I will most definitely be going there every time now. I asked for extra fries. This was around $10. THIS IS NOT EVEN ONE SERVING OF FRIES!!! Not to mention we were the only car in line and it took 8 minutes!!!!

Food was excellent -boneless hot wings & a kids meal.
The kids that was taking our order had to be new & as for atmosphere, it was disturbing bc there was a group of high school-aged kids who were so loud, that we couldn’t even hear the employee attempting to take our order, & my husband & I couldn’t hear one another. No mgr said anything to them. Just let them hang out & have social hour in the restaurant.
We got our food to go bc of the noisy kids.

This sucks the chicken taco meal u can only choose one flavor or they charge u $3 a peace for them it’s not that hard to put different flavors on something won’t be back and I paid the $3 a peace and they put no sauce on any of them told them and they put barley any of the wrong sauce on all them place is a joke
