At this point just shut Dunkin down. I’m done going to them , I am now a Starbucks customer cause it’s nothing but stupidity at Dunkin. I told this girl exactly how to make my coffee… i explained it in the most simplest way too (3 shots come in a medium cup) …. I said for my 3 flavors can I have “1 Espresso & 2 white chocolate” this girl handed me 2 Espresso & 2 White chocolate & then had the nerve to charge me extra for that extra shot as if I didn’t just explain to this girl I wanted a total of 3 (the 3 original pumps that come in a medium) and somehow she still made it wrong and it isn’t just this location… it’s almost every location…. So since I’m paying extra for stupidity… here I come Starbucks … won’t deal with half of the stupidity over there.

Something has definitely changed here. Last week I bought a chocolate glazed donut and found a piece of GLASS in it. Today I ordered 2 bacon and cheese bagels (no egg) and was given a plain bacon bagel (no cheese). Between the safety issue and the repeated mistakes, I can’t trust this location anymore and won’t be returning.

Me and my friend just came to this location this morning around 9:40 ish. We ordered through the drive thru. I asked for an EGG & CHEESE croissant toasted and just realized that bacon was added in my sandwich when I specifically did not state bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. I can’t eat bacon at all. My go to order for ANY Dunkin Donuts location I go to is an EGG & CHEESE croissant sandwich toasted with hash browns, munchkins and a bottle of Apple juice. Everything else was fine with my order except my sandwich.

As I was at the window placing my usual order, I overheard employees complaining, saying that “nobody knows what the hell they be ordering, just ordering anything.” The manager seemed perfectly okay with this behavior, even joining in. I’ve been to this location numerous times and have repeatedly experienced unpleasant service. As a manager, your employees should never feel comfortable displaying this kind of unprofessional behavior in an establishment.

Every time I come here I have a bad experience. Between the slow service and sub par sandwiches I decided it was best to just stay away. But the Halloween munchkins were calling me so I foolishly decided to give this Dunkin another chance. I used the drive thru, asked for “the Halloween assortment”, the girl said they had it, I even heard her tell her coworker, “Halloween!” before asking me to pull around…didn’t think I had to be more specific than that. I’ve attached two photos, one of what I ordered, and the other of what I received. First of all, they gave me all sprinkles..where are the chocolates and powders? Second, there is nothing “Halloween” about these sprinkles. They’re more birthday cake themed looking than anything. And thirdly, they’re terrible! All crunch, bad flavor. Guess it’s my fault for not checking before I left. Silly me, didn’t even consider that they could mess up a simple munchkin order, but here we are. Never again Dunkin.

Rated 4 because the munchkins I requested were stale. The coffee was really good I had an Iced Macchiato highly recommend and the maple bacon sandwich is amazing. Customer service was off the lady at the window didn’t say a word to me.

All of morning crew had an attitude towards me I let them know they I just had another order and the girl in the back with an attitude was like yeah that literally just came in as soon as you walked in I’m standing in front waiting for my order and instead of handing it to me she just puts it on the Stan and says uber order without saying who it was for wouldn’t recommend at all if you want good service with a positive attitude

I needed a caffeine pick me up and a pumpkin flavored dessert, so I decided to stop by. The drive thru line/wait was long, so decided to park and go inside instead.
Adam was nice and friendly as soon as I walked in. He told me he would be right with me and a bit later took my order. They were out of pumpkin doughnuts and checked the back if they had any there. That was appreciated.
I just got a small regular coffee (wish it was a bit strong, sort of watery) and blueberry munchkins. Not a bad stop to get something sweet and some caffeine for an average price.
