New in town. This DD is not worth my money. Too many employees but not sure if all working. Lady talking to other while taking my order. No smile nor welcome. Rude and disrespectful. Going to next one in Palm Coast to see if any different. Owner and manager can do better. Understand one thing I can bring my money somewhere else.

I’ve overall never ran into any issues with the service at this location. I am a regular with mobile orders, and sometimes the food is a little slow, but you can tell that the drivethrough is visibly busy, which is understandable. My coffee order is never wrong, my food may have one thing missing once every few months, but all it takes is to go up to the counter and ask and they have been incredibly fast acting on getting what I ordered. Aside from the occasional wait, this location really isnt bad at all.

This place deserves no stars. I pull up as the only car in line. Get pulled to the side for my two item. To wait almost 20mins while other cars are getting their food. Just to receives stale burnt toast and cold hash browns. Every other dunkin in this town and anywhere else I’ve been is way better. Don’t waste your time here.

Shorts me an inch of frozen coffee everytime. You can see no sips have been taken. Nothing. So I order a frozen coffee everytime I go to Dunkin. This particular dunkin ALWAYS shorts me. At LEAST an 1 inch less than I should get. I’m weighing it next.

Allowing mobile customers to cut in front of drive thru customers is a joke! Especially when you wait 10- 20 minutes in line. There is plenty of room to create mobile pickup parking places like all other fast food restaurants have.

Both DDs on the north side of Palm Coast are tight with service whether the window, or drive through. Only a brief wait once in a while if busy and are making something fresh, which to me is worth the wait.
Been getting Boston Cremes and glazed chocolate.

Friendly customer service. A bit on the slower side, but service was fine. Clean store. Clean restrooms. Tons of parking. Caramel frozen coffee was super sweet. Hot chocolate was good. Donut holes were fine.

Nobody wants a cold croissant, shouldn’t have to ask. Common sense. Come back at me with some crazy medical reason the only pastry that can’t be considered a mini cake is served ice cold. People wonder why our world is collapsing around us it is for the dumb little thing like this. Start using your brains people.

On 9/3/2025 had the rudest customer service experience I’ve had anywhere, ever. It was so bad, another customer stopped me in the parking lot to tell me she was “Sorry that happened to you. That was terrible. There is no customer service anymore.”
I had originally used the drive-thru lane as I was running late. I ordered the side of crispy bacon and pulled off. Five minutes down the road I opened the bag and find the bacon was never cooked. It was ice cold and raw. Somehow they forgot to put it into their oven before handing it to me. So I turned around and drove back. The drive up was 8 cars deep by this time so I parked and went in. I hand them the bacon and ask for a refund. The young girl at the cashier offered to remake it but by this time I was already running late. She went to the back and returns with “Kristen” who I am assuming is the manager (from my eventual return receipt). Kristen instantly has an attitude and tells me if I want a refund I need my receipt! So I have to walk all the way back outside to get it. When I return, I approach her at the counter again where the young cashier is waiting on another customer. I extend the receipt to Kristen but she doesn’t take it, but instead points with her finger that she wants me to take two steps to the right! I do that and she opens her hand palm out to now accept my receipt. I extend my arm with it but she won’t lean forward to take it. She makes me now lean forward over the counter to put it in her hand. When I tell her that she is really making me work for a return, I get a sarcastic “Have a nice day”.
Is this really the only person that Dunkin can get to work for them??? This is the best of the applications?? Wow.

Today I went to dunkin at 6am. There was noone on line at the drive-thru or in the store. I Was at the drive-thru.. I asked for an unsweetened french vanilla ice coffee with 2 cream 2 Splenda. Also a French vanilla swirl 2 cream 2 Splenda. Was handed the swirl, so I know that wasn’t mine to drink. So the 2nd was handed to me thought it was mine. So after a few hrs of having high sugar numbers as I am type 1 diabetic I read the label and its a caramel swirl. Not even close to what I asked for none the less you screwed up the 2 dounts i ordered, wrong.. insulin isnt cheap and here i am dumping insulin because my sugars are through the roof. None the less you could literally kill me.
